Why are those from the USA not allowed to get ICO?

how do I see/add SNP token in myetherwallet account? I can't find the info on first page nor on ico page (only check balance) or it will automatically be shown whenever I hold some SNP? I saw on their roadmap that the platform will be available very fast. Good to know because now with all the cryptos that are launched it's difficult to know what is going on and better to choose companies where we are sure they are going to have a product quite fast. Sometimes it can be long, it depends the project and it's quite normal but still a good thing to see when things go fast.

I hope you go on with your work, no matter what the results of the Ico will be. I am pretty sure that a project with a real usecase has its place in the crypto world and beyond these borders in the real economy.
