I guess it mainly depends on the Ethereum blockchain congestion. I always use the recommended gas by MEW, and 2 gwey, and I never have a problem or delay of 5 minutes.

You should always use 200k. there is no loss here, you get the gwei back anyway, once transfer is complete. All other ICO's recommend 200k.

There is an upper Limit about 10% of all the coins, I guess. But a minimum limit does not exist. You can Invest what you want. Improve me, if I am wrong. (;

There is no physical limit to the transactions.
So even if somebody contributes more then 3.3M€, the transaction will still go through.

We discussed the 10% limit during the Q&A in order to allow the tokens to be evenly distributed
during the Tokensale, but this limit will not apply to the PRESALE because it's right for early investors who believe in the project
to be able to benefit from the 20% Bonus on the first 5.6 M€.

After the presale ends and the ICO Begins, we will consider adding a physical limit that is in line with the results of the PRESALE,
If necessary.
