Yes Snapup team said by many time that Snapup will be open and easy to use even for non crypto people.
Its rare to have a management like that as many said, the team is reactive and afford us news with different kind of communication. Video communication is very good, the live, vlogs and FAQ are very nice and useful for the project, investors are very glad.

I read the white paper. Interesting concept, and by the count of pages, seems very popular.
The negatives I see is waiting til Q1 2008 for the official release. It's the fear of missing out on other opportunity while my money sits there.

We got spoiled in crypto world and want to get profit immediately. If your investment will grow in Q1 2018, this is still a great bargain compared to "real" world.
Devs will get a huge financial injection after ICO and they should have some time to attract retailers and invest in polishing the platform. Theres no point in releasing a product, which is not functioning well.  

Furthermore, is this your first Ico where you inform yourself? The time frame to the official release is pretty short in relation to other projects. A little patience is necessary when you are going to Invest your money

Yeah, it certainly seems that way. It lends a lot of credibility to a project when dev's are open with their potential investors. They even took me up on my AMA idea, though there may not be time for it. The ICO is approaching fast.
