Wow! That's great news for WDC. Going to try it out right now. Edit: Just realised it's for Scharmbeck users and not a generic WDC wallet. Guess I'll have to wait until February.

Can we be given proof of the Scharmbeck being legitimate; as in proof that it will actually exist in the same form Coinbase does?

Is SEPA payment planned for Scharmbeck allowing Euro deposits or will it be a purely USD based platform?

My main first post and I must say it !
Worldcoin has recently got my attention and time these past few weeks.
Now I am looking at all options, features, promos, etc
GBattaglia - Look at the Foundation members as well as feel free to search Scharmbeck Finacial Services from the Crypto stocks to websites info, names, numbers and more are public in the media articles also! 2 main developers and a attorney I believe as well as many new and upcoming supporters and sponsors. Think about coinbase and look at worldcoin in 2015! Example Scharmbeck was giving shares at .005 now today at .019! Watch it folks!
KleinMatthias - I agree, didn't think about it as Worldcoin Wallet is now steady open although only used for exchange or transfer purposes.
Also love the new QR image guys, good work! Same designer of the website?
Sharmbeck mobile wallet - Good work, faster than planned, needs a little image tweak for logo but besides that nice work man.
Word is Sharmbeck now has beta in motion, incoming and outgoing !
I suggest folks re-think the Scharmbeck Shares. Started at .005 and now is almost .019 as of today. I regret not buying more. However now I am investing in WDC during low's, mids and highs! My picks still to this day now are BTC - LTC - and now WDC.
Worldcoin will be the first to try new things, the first to show change, progress and motivation for merchant with the quick transaction speeds as well as great name for a community of one. I have only been involved for a few weeks now and am considering sacraficing a few more of the Bits and Lite's!

Update on Scharmbeck.
Beta is currently running very smoothly with a great amount of bugs being squashed already. I anticipate more testers to be accepted very shortly. On a side note scharmbeck shares are now trading at near 500% from initial offering. Time to get in before the 1000% February secondary.

Outside of what those guys are already saying, you have to wait for beta user reports and then you can just wait until february for the full launch; no reason you have to be the first one to test it. does anyone know the best way to start mining world coin, haven't had any luck so far..
Join a pool. There's a list on the worldcoin website. INTERVIEW with Gudmunson, core developer: http://www.worldcoinminers.com/?p=56

I have already heard reports of beta testers using it. I doubt they would be beta testing if it is a scam. This is a legit operation.

Hi, I would like to ask or to find out if WDC crypto community would be interested in: MultiCoin WalletThe features would include: All main alt coins support, starting with coins from the top of http://cryptmarketcap.com and http://coinmarketcap.com , would include: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Peercoin, Quark Coin, World Coin, Mega Coin, Nova Coin, Prime Coin, etc. In the future adding step by step all coins. It would be light way client. Would allow to make paper wallets. Would allow to make hot, watch only and cold storage wallets. Multi signature signing of transactions which could be combination of signatures from paper wallets, mobile devices wallets and pc, mac, linux wallets. Supported platforms - cross platform support: Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, iOS, Android, possibly more in the future. Open source. Sources on GitHub. To verify that everything is ok. If the interest and support from the community would be huge enough, I am going to start the work on it ASAP. Regards Would you be interested?

Can't spell Scharm without Scam! That said, I'll be impressed if they pull it off. Don't forget to give people a reason to use WDC before having a need to buy it

so linux problem....
I cannot send coins from my wallet in linux.
when compiling the daemon, I get an error pertaining to net.cpp referencing a nonexistent file called miniwget.h. the build then proceeds to fail. I can build the qt though which does sync and looks great by the way, but as soon as I try to send any coins anywhere the wallet freezes up and I have to kill it in terminal.
anyone else having this problem?
above issue occurs in OpenSuSE 12.3 64-bit
