If the project does not work even a team and project like Atlanta this real estate business will not work anymore. Its meaning that we are at the very beginning to integrate the real estate sector. It seems like you need more time. Sorry.

Not sure I fully understand what you mean. We are hard at work on the project. We have a working prototype that we are enhancing every day. We've got a legal opinion, actually two. Of course we're still in the early stages, but we intend for everything to work.

 Cheesy

I reread it 5 times, no clue what he's saying. He finishes with a condescending "Sorry" Grin My intuition tells me it's a fud attempt, but pretty weak one Cheesy

ATLANT will bring disruption in the real estate investment ecosystem. Huge potential in the project.

ATLANT Token Is Now Listed On EtherDelta Exchange

ATL tokens will be transferable on EtherDelta as of November 1, 2017
September 21, 2017 — ATLANT, the global Real Estate platform, announced today that the ATLANT token (ATL) is now listed on EtherDelta, a well-known decentralized cryptocurrency exchange.

ATL tokens will be transferable on EtherDelta as of November 1, 2017, the day after ATLANT’s currently running ICO ends, on October 31, 2017.

hopefully the price wont dump by november 1. but im sure all investors will be happy about this because there is already an exchange waiitng for their ATL if they want to sell it already.

LOL. This just screams scam. Every contract is automatically added to delta. If you go on their gitter and ask them to list it with name they'll do it in seconds. Orders look like they've been put by the team to make people contribute to the ICO...

Of course not - we have stated the truth - we applied and were accepted onto this exchange. Nobody in the team placed any orders, on the exchange. Further, it makes no sense to place order on the exchange as the token is frozen and not eligible for trading. If you're going to throw around words like that, try reading our white paper, or at least watching our videos, so that you fully comprehend the idea we are trying to implement.

Just a quick reminder that:

ATL is the token of the Atlant Platform

Each subsequent PTO (Property Token Offering) will have its own token

Both ATL & PTOs will trade on the Atlant Platform as you can already see in our DEX demo

Do the profits from the PTO's get fed into ATL to be distributed to ATL holders?

Precisely, ATL token holders will receive fees in form of PTO tokens upon each tokenization event.

Oh.....so you're saying that each time a PTO is created, we will get a portion of the distribution of that PTO based on our ATL token balance?

And how does the ATL token directly reward it's holders?  Or is it all indirect through the PTOs?

Each PTO token is ERC-20, thus when there's a distribution to ATL token holders, it can be sent directly to their wallets, in any ERC-20 token.

Wouldn't the revenue from the fees make the Atlant platform a security? This is the type that the U.S. Sec is talking about, I think.

This is why they warn US citizens not to invest.  Though I wonder how this can be restricted.  Probably more of a warning to keep the SEC off their backs.

No this is not the case, please read the white paper, ATL is a utility token, and we have a legal opinion both for US, UK & EU. The main reason is that to receive value transfer from the escrow, the user must run a node.

Do early landlords who want to sign up with Atlant get rewarded?  I would like to sign up to be a landlord and rent out my indoor and outdoor bathrooms.
