Well the development started in March, so it would be no problem to start in October, or? If you have an project on a market which is full of competition you want to be fast to get a good position.

i really see a lot of realestate projects lately. for example relest, too.

real is interesting because afaik their maingoal is to esatablish business in spain. it should be work out much better than in the philippines where relest is working on his project.

I also feel that way, a lot of things are similar to this project. . .
Which determines the success of the project is pulling the development of real estate in preparing the project, therefore we must choose which one really has good potential

Do you know anything about business? Any startup that receives funding, for example venture capital, uses it to fund operations. Any  company needs to pay its employees, where do you think that money should come from? Only mature companies are able to pay employee salaries from their revenues. Using ICO proceeds (or any type of seed capital) for salaries is literally extremely common. Get your business knowledge in check before spreading nonsense

I personally expect bigger exchanges to follow and i hope Bittrex as well. But i know Bittrex can be troublesome to get listed. In an interview with one of the people from REAL he mentioned they hired someone especially to market them to Exchanges. A really good sign!

well that is good gatecoin is good exchanges but to hard to use gatecoin echanges because they approve account too much requirement like make picture yourself with sign ur name show in picture. blaw blaq something like that. i am using bittrex and poloniex and livecoin those are very good exchanges also. in exchanges i like livecoin exchange. if real list on livecoin that will be great also.

Not sure, but projects like this are usually listed after ICO on exchanges like novacoin cryptopia or livecoin, so I would be expect the same for this one.

I think it's safe to say it's gonna be a while. Real estate is a slow burn process, low risk high reward in the long term

I think we've got a very experienced team behind REAL with regards to real estate business and I'm confident they can achieve REAL's long term goal of profitability to its stakeholders definitely.

Real estate investment return cycle is very long , real estate transaction is not easy , but the rate of return is stable.
I think the project can solve some of problem in transaction

that is the most important thing in my opinion the stability and certainty of the return...

Low Risk, high reward is a good think, even if it's scaled on long term investment. Most ppl also invest in coins for long term, so it would be a great project to invest in

As long as the 12-20% wouldnt get eaten by the pumps and dumps of whales. I do not hope, that the token will get a speculation asset. But when the value of the token would be more important than his real sense/task, giving the holders a divident, it could get really dangerous for the development in the future

At some point you should divesify your investments. Yes, crypto world is rising more than %12-20 per year but, it won't last forever. But this kind of investment you can always rely. Making a good investment becomes high and low risks combined in a basket. In crypto world you can't find lower risk than real estate

At some point you should divesify your investments. Yes, crypto world is rising more than %12-20 per year but, it won't last forever. But this kind of investment you can always rely. This is the point: diversification. Pleople jump from BTC to ETH and alts and everything in between but that's not real diversification. Once you participate in a real state investment through REAL your're truly playing in another market. And of course those profits are not much, but you must also ponderate the risk. Except in bubble environments, real state tends to raise its value firmly.
