I have been watching this project for a long time and I see that it is progressing quite successfully. This is not surprising, since investment in real estate has always been one of the most reliable and sought-after assets for long-term investors. And this platform offers the opportunity to invest in real estate, without getting up from an armchair, almost all over the world. Very cool project.

I agree with 30 million USD you could buy some real investments in even the most expensive cities.

I think they also mentioned in an interview that this isn't the only way for them to raise capital to buy properties. They have been in the real estate business for many years, and are also talking to investors. Not everything has to go through an ICO. Correct me if i'm wrong.

REAL is doing great as I can see from token sale.

Starting from 17. October  REAL wants to invest in the first estate. Do you already know how much you circa want to purchase and what type of estates you want to buy?

As i think REAL is one of the best real estate ICO's, i do expect them to raise quite a lot more before the ICO is over. Especially now that Ethereum is so cheap!

Yes but would be nice for what they will go first. Would also make maybe sense to go for some middle class objects instead of high class, to make it a bigger selection for investors now. After the game runs it is still possible to go for high class objects etc. But let's wait what the team is saying.

until now real raised $10,223,707. this i think near soft cap. i hope they get the hardcap soon. real is going very well. keep investors moving on real project. i am so excited about this project because of i am part of this reputed project.

10 millions is a huge cap. That mean a lot of investors like real and want to be a part of it. I think the sucess will continue, more and more people want to join REAL.
Investors will be very happy when they will see the value of REAL soon, with the money raised Real will be able to invest in some properties and earn money really fast.

It will work! Thats why they start in Spain, for the moment the houses even the luxurious onces, the prices are ok. They can buy some properties there with this money. They need to be surrounded by smart advisors and everything will be just fine!

This project will be great!

So they don't think it will be a issue.

In the whitepaper they allocated 43,759 ETH for core operations. That was enough buffer for 5 years. 27,000 ETH is 62%, if they keep the salaries the same that's enough for 3 years.

A smaller buffer means there is a bigger incentive to make sure they can earn their salaries through their investments if they want to survive for longer than 3 years.

The question is, will they be able to make $2,7 million a year with $20 million worth of investments?

what is experience level of team to manage property in those particular area?

Are there gonna be memebers of the team who manage the property or they gonna outsource someone? Can they cope with so many houses, appartments, etc in so many locations?

I think they just have the business registered in Singapore for tax break/ ease of acquiring certain license. am not sure if they plan to invest in Singapore yet. Am, I might be wrong and if so, someone should correct me.

Having access to a large funding is key in real estate. Moreover I assume they will utilise a loan structure so the funds raised in the ICO will be to secure loans with the aparments as securities.

I think there's obviously going to be people managing on site and contractors/intermediaries. It's not unusual. people with a lot of properties do this all the time.
