Hello, I am fairly new on using Stake and I have a couple of questions (sorry if this is not the correct place to ask).
I noticed that somehow I accumulated two tickets for a weekly give away.
Am I supposed to watch the stream in two days through the link provided by stake on their webpage or will Stake send me notifications on the state of the tickets automatically? Thanks.

You don't have to watch stream to claim raffle prize, support managers will contact you and you will be provided with additional link to claim winnings aka raffle prize then they post winners list on stake forum.

Never Chase to reach high levels or to rank up. This could end up in losing. Good is to enjoy gambling and the same could let your rank move higher. Maybe this can take time, but with the chase of wagering to reach next level will cause heavy loss if things were done without proper plan.

until now I only use telegram channels and notifications via email.

Chasing new level is fine as long as you know the risk and you know when the right time to do it. Almost similar to ryzaadit, I also chased Platinum II months ago, I forced my self to chase it when I needed around 20% more to reach Platinum II. Means that I had to wager around $50k at the time I wanted to chase it. I decided to deposit $200 and started wagering on dice and plinko, luckily I managed to reach Platinum II with my $200 deposit and I did not lose it. I was absolutely ready to lose the $200 as I knew that the reward for reaching platinum II is $400, so it was worth to risk $200 for $400.

Does this sort of thing every pay off profitably?  It seems like an odd way to gamble, just trying to wager the most funds to get a higher level account.  I'll admit I'm completely ignorant to this whole subset of gamblers here who seek to cash in on promotions with their account status, but I am curious if this is something that people profit from.  I find it a little bit hard to believe you could, but I guess if you wagered enough maybe the benefits would outweigh the effort and investment involved?  I'm curious how "sacrificing" $100 leads to profits.  Any real data from your account would be welcomed.

I use many alternative links but this problem still appears there is a kind of command so that I refresh the page, overall not too annoying
More precisely I just wonder whether this problem only happens to me or all users who use VPN and now I know that happened to other users
