Exactly that it is his bad day, I hit 1,000x in plinko earlier today with no more than 400 bets and the nonce in my seed shows 552 (I started my session with nonce 170+ IIRC)

Of course it is pure luck and I would say it is a lucky seed as I hit it fast.
I think I've said few times about how I play plinko in Stake, that I always change my seed based on my feeling or after few thousands bet.
Sometime if I did not even hit the x130 after few hundred bets, I changed my seed because I think it is a bad seed.

Nice shot @panjul07 you get it early but I wonder if your base bet is $0.5 from the start or you double it on every few spins?
Obviously playing Plinko with high risk and 16 rows will suck up the balance faster meaning that if you are still playing then you have to prepare a decent bankroll at least $300-500 right?

Well, I am way into 276k bets on Plinko with no 1000x win... so do not think you must hit it soon. Some people seem to think that you should regularly change seed, if you do not hit it within 40k bets, but I tried that.. before this and I just get the same result.

Gone are the days where you kind of had some guarantee that you will hit a 1000x within a maximum of 80k hits.  I have dug the hole so deep now... I just have to continue until I hit it... so that I can recover some of my losses.

There isn't such thing, you don't get higher levels faster when you lose bets or spins but there is a x3 enhancement when you wager on sportsboook (for non voided bets) if you win or lose. The weekly and monthly bonuses are increased because they are mainly based on the amount you've lost but that's it.

When it comes to probabilities there are two types of events, independent and dependent events, independent events do not affect the probabilities of the next even happening, an example of this is flipping a coin, if you get 10 heads in a row the probabilities of getting heads remain at 50%.

Dependent events affect the probabilities of the next event taking place, an example of this is poker, if I am playing Texas Holdem and I have an Ace and King on my hole cards then 6 cards remain on the deck which allow me to make a pair, 3 Aces and 3 Kings, however if before the flop someone folds with a King and a seven and they accidentally reveal this information then now I know there are only 5 cards which remain on the deck which could allow me to make a pair, 3 Aces and 2 Kings, and this reduces the chances I have of making any pair.

That's unfortunate to know though it's expected. The good thing is you know when to stop unlike other dicers including myself, who can't stop even if they feel it's not going to be good until their balance is drained. I've tried blackjack before as well but I don't really feel it but haven't tried playing live. I might give it a try some other time. Let's see, how it goes.

Well i have lots of untapped good luck. I haven't used it at all recently because i have been saving it .
Luckily i've kept my system of not spending more then i have planned so it doesn't really matter if i lose a lot. I wouldn't mind hitting some jackpots though. That's why we are in here. What?? 276k bets without 1000x is robbery, even if you hit 5 1000x plinko b2b it shouldn't be enough to make it break-even.  80k nonce is nothing looks like, the main issue is to get max 130x series between 1000x series, otherwise, dead streaks will lead to huge expansion according to the game RTP if you know what I mean..

So, let's say you wagered 276k times, and each is 1 satoshi, so you wagered 276k satoshi, and you are in +1 satoshi profit, does that mean that you not hitting 1000x even once is bad? Do no consider plinko the same thing as dice, because at dice if you wager on 1000x and wager 276k times, you will hit it for sure, without a doubt, would be near impossible not to hit it even once. As long as I can remember, winners of the $50k weekly giveaway do not need to watch the stream. Stake usually announce the winners in their own forum and post the link to claim the prize. I just tried to open the forum, but unfortunately the forum seems down now. You may check it later on stakecommunity.com and check the Promotions board then find the giveaway sub-board. I am not really sure if they have changed how they distribute the prize recently, but they used to post the coupon link the forum for winners to claim it or in other words Stake did not send the prize directly to the winner.

Not having it necessary to watch the stream to claim your bonus/giveaway is impressive.
It's similar to duelbits Christmas giveaway where they announce the participant's name on the stream and tip the amount in their account during the live event.
Having it necessary to be live on the stream for everyone can be quite annoying if someone is busy in doing something during that time.

I've seen people say they hit 1000x once every week at the very least in their sports chat area. The english chat is just too fast to see anything being posted on there and is normally just people saying hi or posting for rain so I rarely ever go on there except for the weekends when the streams start for the megarace.
