I dont really play Hacksaw much but I've experienced this issue few times, not only at stake but also at other casino and basically it is easily resolved by reloading the page or reloading the game. Although I have no idea what is the real reason why this issue comes but my guess is that it comes from the server by the provider. Similar thing usually happened with Push Gaming but with different error message.

The Monthly Bonus have been availed earlier. It is made connection with the Super Bowl as majority of the users predicted. Valentine's Day is really a big commercial day for businesses, but gambling doesn't have anything to do with it. Maybe some real casinos will have bonuses availed for the couples.

I can understand why they probably went for the link to the Super Bowl and not with Valentine's Day, because it gives them some free promotion for Sport betting on the Super Bowl. 

Let's be honest, Stake.com cannot celebrate all of these "special" days, because they will probably go bankrupt if they do. Some of these days have zero marketing potential for the casino, so they have to be selective. 

It might be a good opportunity for Slot developers to launch some "love" related games (Slots) on this day... and then the casino can put a challenge on them to make it more special. 

Besides now casinos have no incentive to give away bonuses related to Valentines day as now the super bowl will be played close to that date, and as we know the super bowl is an event that even those which are not fans take the time to watch and to make a few bets, so anyone thinking about this being a possibility is going to be heavily disappointed as I do not see casinos implementing an additional round of bonuses so close to each other or to give priority to Valentines day over the super bowl.

I think stake.com has provided a fairly large and attractive Valentine's bonus in pragmatic slot games and anyone who is lucky can get this bonus.

Sometimes I experience problems like you when playing at other providers, but I don't think it's from my connection because I can still play other slot games from other providers. I don't think it's from the casino, but it could be from the provider, who might be updating the game so gamblers can't play it.

And if that happened, it was a sign for me not to try to gamble and I would usually leave the casino and try to play the next day. Or maybe you can play other slot games from other providers.

I am not a VIP so I cannot corroborate much, so for now I assume it was indeed as a bonus for users with a minimum accumulated wager.

this set aside amount of money is then divided to among all the qualified participants of the bonus, which only the casino knows the number , then they proceed to sharing the bonus amongst the qualified gamblers based on their VIP level on the casino.

There is a fixed bonus amount for each VIP rank. They don't have any fixed pool for the monthly bonus. The total amount depends on the wagering and profit/lose activity of the users.

Are you KYC verified at Stake? I have also experienced that Stake support team has no idea about the bonus amount. Actually they don't want to check it as the bonus amount depends on the marketing team.

To be honest, I was also disappointed in the promotions that Stake did for the worldcup and they were also one of the only casinos that didn't really put a lot of focus to it. Almost every site launched multiple promotions as it is the biggest sporting event every 4 years. I think they are in a better position to determine what Sport gets the most bets and not just how many people are watching it. They even have a site specifically dedicated to the US players, so they might focus more on the Sports that the US people support. (A lot of those players still play unverified via VPNs on Stake.com)

Just look at the type of Sport that they are sponsoring.... Soccer / Motor racing in F1 / Mixed martial arts ..... to get an idea what market are the most profitable to them.

I like what Stake.com did with the player props and the bet builder in NBA. You made life easier for us degenerate gamblers. With the addition of the team pick and total over and under score, the profits for an accurate pick will be higher from now on.
The UI is better too, it's user-friendly and easy to understand for new gamblers. I think there's still room for improvement so never stop at doing your great job.

Of course motorsport is one of the best for the casino because it is very difficult to predict and a lot of "force majeure" that can happen,for example in F1 a Safety Car can completely change the outcome of a race as in MotoGP a crash can make the favorite go away from the race in an instant,so from this point of view it truly is more profitable than sport betting but of course sport betting people play a lot more than F1.

I think the main reason for that is competition and not about how much is gambled. Even if world cup gets more gambling, the competition and expectations are not as big as super bowl. If all other places spends more money on super bowl than they spend on world cup, then stake has to do that as well, it is about being better than other casinos.

Sure maybe there wasn't as much money made as world cup finals, but that just means that we are talking about a smaller market share and smaller prize being cut into even smaller pieces if you don't work to get more. I believe what others do matters more than what stake wants to, because what they rather do doesn't really matter against competition that spends more on certain games.
