For the global chat room, most of the time it is running so fast that makes us impossible to read the discussion especially when it comes to weekend or when there are some special events.
Local chat room is still better if the main purpose is to have a talk with others but once there is someone make a rain (especially big rain), spams will follow up automatically LOL.

Losing $250 to complete the final 5% to reach Silver? That's a big lost obviously because mathematically you need to wager $2,000 only for the last 5%. I do not know what game did you play but I think you did it wrongly as you lost $250 to reach $2k wager. You managed to recover it with the bonus but unfortunately you were out of control as you ended up losing it.
