Somebody just hit a 1000x plinko bet with 1 eth and won 999eth in just under 20 tries.
From when the bet was placed, I looked at the statistics page and they had 6 wins and 13 losses of their bets using ethereum.
So that is quite a lucky day for somebody to win around 23btc worth in crypto on the site for a roll which usually takes 100k tries to do.

You need to stay calm and understand that your account is still under investigation. Just because your account got frozen doesn't mean it'll stay like that forever.

Maybe it could be a misunderstanding for example if you've withdrawn to another platform's address and they found a link with another account. Also if profitable players aren't welcome they won't have that many gamblers playing in their site.

Having multiple accounts is not against the rules, abusing the system is. So if you ever used more than one account in the chat (to collect rain) or in their forum giveaways for example, then that's probably why you're being investigated.
