Somebody just hit a 1000x plinko bet with 1 eth and won 999eth in just under 20 tries.
From when the bet was placed, I looked at the statistics page and they had 6 wins and 13 losses of their bets using ethereum.
So that is quite a lucky day for somebody to win around 23btc worth in crypto on the site for a roll which usually takes 100k tries to do.

23 bitcoins is over 150k dollars! That is literally enough money to never having to work again in some countries (not in big nations of course) think about all the profits you can get just from its savings account interest rate, even that amount is probably enough to hire a full time worker from some third world country to do whatever you want them to do.

You need to stay calm and understand that your account is still under investigation. Just because your account got frozen doesn't mean it'll stay like that forever.

Maybe it could be a misunderstanding for example if you've withdrawn to another platform's address and they found a link with another account. Also if profitable players aren't welcome they won't have that many gamblers playing in their site.

Section 5.1 of our T&C has been there since the launch of Stake.com in 2017. Fun fact, it's also on our Primedice T&C which has been there since 2013...

I did not see that you say that you never had multiple accounts and did nothing wrong while going through all your post, what ever it may be wait for the representatives on what they have to say, this is a reputed site which is running for many years and they will not scam for a few dollars and if you never tried to play the system they will release your deposited coins.
