Having multiple accounts is not against the rules, abusing the system is. So if you ever used more than one account in the chat (to collect rain) or in their forum giveaways for example, then that's probably why you're being investigated.

Also, this is not an anonymous casino. Read clause #6. They have the right to ask you to verify your identity at any time.

That means you took advantage of giveaway thinking that it was free. My advice is to wait for their response here rather than ranting against them because if your case is genuine they will sort it out even though you had multiple accounts and never abused the casino.

As far as I know when all the details are investigated and when all of your accounts are unearthed, usually they pay you your money back if you didn't earned anything from that system. Just to give an example, you have 10 accounts, all of them are illegal of course because they are against the rules, and combined they have 100k dollars, now if you end up with a combined 80k instead of profiting from it, that means you may get 80k back.

However there are small details as well, like if you did affiliate to yourself, that will be reclaimed back as well. Long story short, this is not about you being against the rules really, it is more about if you made profit by being against the rules, that is usually what casinos look at, if you lost and help them get more money basically, they won't really care all that much.

Avoid using LastPass, 1Password or any other online tool. Use KeePass instead, it works offline and it's open source.

I think this is not just about the 18k he is asking back, I think this is more about checking if he got any against the rules profits that he should have lost even more that is the problem here. Normally, if a person deposits 24k, just gambles and loses and withdraws 18k that is nothing, why would stake keep that persons money? They would let it be and just send him on his way with the profit stake made from that person, why would they care?

However, if they are keeping his money against the fact that he even lost more, that means they are expecting even a bigger loss for a reason that is against the rules which caused them to stop and search.

give them a few days to settle your case, i'm convinced they'll get your deposit back. Some of my acquaintances had a similar problem, but everything was resolved after a few days and everyone was paid money.

But when I started doing their aff, there were cases where people would contact me and say that they were told on live chat that they already had accounts (which is not possible, I think there is some bug in their system that they are aware of as well but not may speak publicly). When I contacted them, they said everything was fine and there would be no problems. When I asked how it would be no problem if they detected that the acc were duplicates, they said that they had no problem with it until the suspicious actions happened (whatever that meant to them) . So far no one has had a problem with them and I hope they will not.

Because whoever I asked and who I communicated with about your bookmaker, everyone was complaining about small limits. this doesn't seem to me to be real (unless eddie played this: D), or maybe the player lost millions, so you let him play like this (I know now you tell thet you do not  decide about limits, it's a providers decision  ...).

4 BTC on table tennis is huge, maybe that event had high stake limits or maybe someone with very high VIP rank is enjoying his benefit. I also seem to get around ~0.3 BTC -0.5 BTC max stake. Who knows? bet is right there and couldn't doubt it.

If you clearly demonstrate that you're a recreational player and get no value on your bets, your limits go up. Pretty standard across all soft sportsbooks. There's definitely quite a few people with those limits.
