I don't love the idea of verification at crypto-based casinos but I do understand and recognize why stake wants to do it and reward users doing it, because they run too many giveaways and people always find a way to cheat these by making multiple accounts and some even use bots to claim the coupons they offer.

It won't because business should know for themselves where to set the boundary for their customers and still protect their interests. I don't think that it's unfair for non-verified users, they have a choice to verify but they didn't do it.

I was searching for the event for 15 minutes think it was listed in Stake as some of the sites had the betting lines open for the event and the fight itself was a joke but still thought about checking the odds to make my decision.

It not that complicated as they wanted to counter anyone who is exploiting the giveaways by giving more perks to verified users and you always have the option if you really wanted to take full advantage of it.

Pretty sure they didn't take it away from anyone, they changed the requirement to get it.  If you already have a host and reloads though, you won't lose them.

Pretty sure they didn't take it away from anyone, they changed the requirement to get it.  If you already have a host and reloads though, you won't lose them.

The problem is, I am platinum 1 and worked my ass off to get to plat 2 ( small % missing ) and now I see they changed it yet again without even notifying the players.

Now I missed out on getting a host/reloads for the 2nd time. Both times I thought I would get it until I saw they just changed it.

Yeah they definitely could've handled it better, like giving 3-6 months notice or something (or just hiring more vip hosts).  And they probably would've ended up getting more action if they did, not less.

But the way you phrased your post was as if they were taking perks away from players that had already earned them, which isn't the case.
