That's one more reason why I have stopped taking these challenges because whenever we try to get a place, we see it's already filled and too late for us. I believe people have become too fast in claiming bonuses nowadays, but I'm not worried about it. I'll wait for a good challenge that suits my playing style and will definitely take it and win. I remember the last time I won it was in February, 2020 so almost over a year ago.

It is good to change the slots once you win anything big from it because after your big win, there must be something that stops you from winning back big again whereas trying your luck on different games will give you different results.

You need to be platinum 2 instead of platinum 1 to get a VIP host simply because stake has a huge influx of players that have come in the last few months and is short staffed. Once we satisfy that demand we will offer lower ranks hosts . You can still get awesome service and perks as a bronze VIP or even as a normal player.

So stake seriously took away daily reload from platinum 1 "VIPs".

Before it said: "As a Platinum VIP on Stake you are always entitled to this feature."

I checked back with someone on stake chat who is plat 2 and he told me now it says: "As a Platinum II VIP on Stake you are always entitled to this feature. "

Whats the most important part of those phrases? its ALWAYS . How do you write I am always entitled and then you take it from me? In my eyes that is some sort of scam. Nothing less!
They don't even have that much respect for their players to inform them about this.

I don't think they took it away from anyone that's Platinum 1 and was told they would always be entitled to it. And I don't think anyone that wasn't Platinum 1 + was told they would always be entitled to daily reload if they ever hit plat 1.

When did your host reset your weekly reloads last?  Ask them to do that now?

There is no "just vip players" but Stake has always made it clear that they do not want smaller level players, that was not a hidden thing all the way back to primedice times as well, way before stake was even created, that is just how it worked.

They have always made improvements that would make low level players not prefer here. That is a shame because they started as the most low level friendly place ever, in fact they were so friendly that they gave a decent sized faucet to low level players to gamble which people abused, don't know about stake but primedice was abused for being too friendly to low level players, that is how much they were caring for them, now they are just basically at a level where if tomorrow stake says "minimum withdrawal is 1000 dollars or 10k+ wagered for no minimum withdrawal" type of deal to keep small gamblers away, I wouldn't be shocked.

I understand the complaint about the fact that rich folks are getting a lot more things than normal people, even if you are not bronze you could gamble normally here and you will not get much, but at least it is fair, well it is fair to gamble on the stake games, other games that they added may not be fair we do not know that, but complaining about rich people makes no sense since they are the ones that make the most profit for casinos, so obviously they are taken care of a lot better.

What would you do if you were a business owner, there is a customer that makes you 100 bucks per month and another that makes you 100k per month, would you give them the same support? If you do that there is a chance 100k can walk away, so you risk letting 100 bucks one be hurt by how much greater support for 100k is because that's the one that pays your bills in the end.

No doubt about that, @Stunna. I have never been a VIP player since my bets are always on the low side, but there are lots of attractions to keep me playing on the site, Stake Originals being among them. The perks VIPs are getting don't upset me. On the contrary, I'm glad for my fellow gamblers, who choose to play on the site. And, yeah, I can enjoy the awesome service and some perks too, even being an ordinary player.

1) Why there is no more reload for the Plat1 rank? Will the old Plat 1 rank accounts be able to claim the daily/hourly/10

Who said that there is no more reload for Plat 1? Assuming you are plat 1, you must have your own VIP host.
Ask him/her to activate your reload, reload is something that need to be activated by request.
Of course it is something that can be activated when there is a promo (usually for lower VIP rank) as higher VIP rank gets one time bonus code instead of reload.

2) Why only 14 days reload for new plat ranking + the base amount for hitting new VIP achievement?

I'm not quite sure what are you referring to, I mean which 14 days reload?

1) The new rules by Stake team make it unfair for new platinum accounts because they don't get a VIP host. The old plat accounts still get the same reload but there is no renewal on reloading for new plat1 accounts. It is confirmed by the support and they said there is nothing they can do about this issue. I guess new plat accounts are more than what they can afford for bonuses ..

2) Only 14 days reload, after 14 days no difference between gold and plat1 except bonus differences during weekly/monthly.
