I think 10 minutes reload is for rank under platinum and happens on weekend right, when you are on a regular day you can claim anytime and store the reward depending on how much you are wagering so collect tomorrow is not a problem at all. I am pretty sure places like stake has the times when people gamble the most and when they gamble the least, sure it is a global thing but there must be some periods on average when people gamble more and when people gamble less. This is why I am quite certain (but can't guarantee) they probably pick the right time according to the least gambled hour of the day when they do that, even least gambled day of the week as well, or maybe even less gambled day of the month. That seems like a data they would have.

A small suggestion, please add an option to set our maximum bet value. If I've got $2000 in my wallet, and I start to bet with $100. On the go I double the bet value and it reaches $200, further on doubling it reaches $400. Further if I double the $400 bet value it needs to be $500, and this will help the gamblers who lacks control while they're into gambling without proper fund management. If we wish we can remove the max bet limit, so that we can play with any amount.

There is no way to stop those gamblers who don't have the control to manage their funds properly. ‘ralle14’ have already given you an answer but it can only be used in auto bet. I find this same issue across all crypto gaming. Casinos in real life and services in real life charge you for everything. Maintenance (my bank charges me maintenance fee can you believe it). Fees just to keep an account when they should be paying US for our money.

Helping gamblers who lack control is a good thing, but I'm not sure I understand what exactly you are trying to suggest. $100 is already a huge amount for a single bet. And if you are talking about relative size of the bet compared to the bakroll, $100 against $2,000 is still an unallowable bet size imo, especially when you are only starting with martingale.

Bonuses for maintenance? Lol. This is one of the silliest ideas that I have heard about in recent times. Some people value their time way too much. They need to improve their patience levels.

I do not see the "reloads" as a right... it is a privilege granted by the casino and it can be "paused" or taken away at their discretion at any time. (Just look at what Stake did with the "reload" privilege for the Platinum I users)

Banks pay interest, because they signed a contract with you to pay it... but they will not pay you, when you cannot access their services for a while. (Maintenance is just something that has to happen)
