Tell me, please, how you solve the issue with ping. For example, if I'm in Thailand and want to play CS: GO on a server in Moscow, then I need a ping from 5 to 30.
If you want to play CS:GO competitively ... forget it. There will be always a delay ... because data needs time to get from point a -> b. If you play online games, your delay will be basically doubled, because your keyboard input will be send to Playkey first, then Playkey will send it to the CS:Go Server, the CS:GO server will send game data back to PlayKey and Playkey will stream it to your device. If that's true then the It is a drawback for the project although normally these games work on almost any computer. Well, it is. If you play single player games, you should be fine though, if you don't care about the delay of course. You can't change physics :-) |

Yes i also think that playkey is disruptive and can change the life of gamers, the project can easily bring non crypto users to the crypto world, gamers will want to use playkey, I’m impatient to start playing with playkey too !
I'm a little afraid about this new Nvidia streaming platform but at least there will be some competition going on  they're not the only one. there are several, biggest one being PSnow. |

If their dev teams are able to solve the latency problem or at least reduce it considerably, I have no doubt they can reach new heights. Maybe even acquired by Sony  Hopefully they won't end up like http://onlive.comLatency is mostly closed by your computer and streaming server. It can be minimalized by better internet connection  Yes of course. But I meant the latency on the server side(processing, protocol, etc...). I remember http://onlive.com struggled hard with this problem. Ain't fun playing FPS games with 100-1000ms lag  The problem is there is nothing you can do to increase your ping, if you have the best connection available but bad ping you're fucked . playkey could reduce latency using CDN provider? is there any plan to integrate? What is a CDN provider ? |

It is possible to use CDN for caching big data, so e.g. if you are a US company you could store data there to improve download speeds in e.g. Europe. Since PlayKey is providing live data, they can't use networks like that. |
