So what's the point with playkey - you rent the hardware to stream play your own games, or they will also have a renting game system along with the monthly subscription?

I don't think so. Playkey let you just rent the hardware ... you still have to purchase the games yourself. Renting games is a whole new area that is difficult to takle.

There would be some issues with renting games. I dont think you can charge someone a fee just for playing the game, that would mean a violation since you would earn money on behalf of developers.

it's subscription based man, it would be kinda silly to buy individual games that you don't own.

Playkey is turning into professional sports
for the new generation. Playkey will change the games Smiley

WoW, now play key will be almost as popular as utrust, it's getting on track, this will become a good investment in a couple of weeks, and have a successful ICO, although i'm one of those that has a good rig to play any game, i think this will get new people and casual ones to play the more hardcore games without paying too much, the technology is already there, now we must manage it properly.

Lets see if Playkey can get a wide audience and can scale accordingly before we start counting our profits
Let's . but I think at the moment all the prospects for this are there. Fees go well and the idea is excellent.

The Idea is good, but many competitive idea's in the gaming market. Everyone trying to claim their spot. Also Nvidia their biggest competitor. Many things need to go right before it can be a succes

Wait Nvidia is a competitor? Do they have a cloud based streaming service or what do you mean by that? Or that they will produce cheaper graphics cards?

Yes Nvidia is a competitor. They created a cloud gaming service. It is called Geforce Now -> https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/products/geforce-now/

oh... I didnt hear about this.. How much their service cost?

the problem is that that service is limited by location, the farther away from the servers, the more latency you will have, and the cost is higher than what playkey will be, though, at the end, they are still further ahead of pleykey, blockchain will catch up.

Thanks for the link. Good to know the competition, i've been out of the loop. I have to admit that is one serious competition too.

If a gamer does not have a powerful PC, then he does not have licenses for new games. How will this issue be resolved.

there is no issue to be resolved?

he does not need to buy a powerful pc, he only need to have the games he want to play and the playkey streaming service. thats all.

so the performace of the computer doesnt effect on the gaming when using tha plattform?

The end user which uses the platform doesn't need to have a powerful computer.
For ex... Playkey is developing app's for various platforms like Android and IOS and SmartTV's. All the previous machines are really not powerful enough to play the latest games.
That's where Playkey comes into play Smiley

You will be able to play highend VR games with your smartphone. I think they will be very successful if they concentrate on this.

Really hope Playkey will be a succes.
The plans they have can really solve the latency other players in this market will have. Using the blockchain and miners can be a great partnership Wink

It's the mother of all competitors. 'Till cryptos go mainstream it's a no brainer which service a gamer would choose. Let's be honest, the average Joe will choose Nvidia or Playkey?

I think in the future miners will mine this and not other coins because the return will be higher with this.

If the product is tested on a real esport tournament and is proven reliable, it could be huge.

Reading the White Paper looks like a solid project.

I have some questions

- Was there a Pre-Sale or pre-ICO and what was the bonus?

- Will the Tokens be lock during ICO?

- Will team and staff token be lock for a period of time?

- Are there any exchanges confirm?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

I think that selling your computing power to playkey will be almost always much more profitable than mining

Maybe I don't fully realise the potential speed of the technology, but I would think that the very slight additional latency caused by having to transfer the pre-processed video stream would be unacceptable for intense professional gaming.

PLAYKEY crowdsale is doing great and already got 59% sold during its first 5 days. I hope this will all be sold out even before it ends on November 30.

It looks like it does, imho bitcoin getting is too hot to hold right now, and it's slowly going back to alts, icos or fiat. Least that's what i am doing

I agree, I just hope when Bitcoin goes down again it doesn't take the price of the alts with it again ...
But Bitoin is heading for a major correction imo.

It might be a good idea of Playkey to do the ICO before the fork .. when I think about it ..

the best time is after the ICO when bitcoin is going down and people are looking for alts to put their money in.

Maybe bitcoin will go down after segwit. And they PlayKey plans enhance marketing for that time.

Even though I am not sure, I think someone who plays professionally on his own PC will always have the edge over someone who plays over Playkey.

One question...

Are the Tokens be lock during ICO? I say this because I bought some tokens yesterday and I've received them into my MEW address and I think this is strange because ICO is still running, so, before trying to move them I want to know if they are locked until end of ICO.

Bitcoin went quite down today.

Curious, why sell now before the snapshot has taken place? Maybe some people are unsure whether Bitcoin will survive the fork, or the opposite, that the fork will not take place. It is also possible some smarter people take advantage of such thoughts and manipulate the market that way using leveraged positions.

Whatever the case, a lot of money has left the Bitcoin market. I wonder if moves into fiat, altcoins or ICOs like Playkey.
