Descrow will participate in the blocking event R3.
On November 14-16, Descrow will take part in an international event that will be held by the R3 blockbuster consortium, which opened its representative office in Russia this fall. As part of the R3 visit to Moscow, a business breakfast for entrepreneurs and a two-day training seminar for developers will be held, and the Corda solution will be presented - a platform for managing financial obligations between various financial institutions.
Cool info. Where did you get it? And where can I see the video from these events? Descrow project has a lot of source of information. You can see it on the first page of this topic. This news was found in the Descrow's Telegram channel

Did I understand correctly among the many sources of information that some of the tokens can be stored on exchanges without access to the functionality of smart contracts for voting?
Here everything is decided just by the introduction into the process of experts or communities who will lead the project on the DES platform and will vote independently of any tokens and changing owners. So how to solve the issue of organizing these experts? Which sources is from? And how can we be trusted to them? I think It may be some organizations with a team of experts. I think there are such sources. But I can not name exact references Will not the participants of the platform vote? No, they will. Expert opinion will help participants make the right decision in voting

And what can be the gaoanty for the rest of the participants in the fact that the experts will not be from interested groups that will be able to influence the voting process in someone's favor?

Is not it enough that they have their own development team? Audit is usually done when ordering from third-party firms.
Lol man, ofcourse its not enough. Investors must know that crowdsale contract is good and not broken. Nowadays audit make everyone project. If project dont have audit than you cant trust this project

I thought about the already existing site with the participants who already have a rating. For example, it is from habrahabr.ru. It will be the third independent expert who will want to value his reputation

I came to the conclusion that this ANTI-SCAM-ICO platform will work mainly with large ICO projects. For small projects, it will not be in demand

I don't understand. What does it mean small, but what does big projects mean? What is a measure? , hardcape, softcape or the number of participating in projects...

All types of measurement are interesting. But I meant projects where the number of participants is not great.

I still do not understand, it DES-project a universal platform that can be used for projects of all types, regardless of the number of participating.

What to do with the situation when the number of participants is small and the development team buys most of the tokens> 50.01% and using the majority votes in favor of themselves in the first stage of voting?

Making Escrow a third party is a good idea because it can be controlled and transparent. As we know, the ICO Industry is growing very fast. then Escrow can be utilized for the selection of scam projects are good and interesting. I think this is a good project.
