Devs DES will be open-source platfrom? Also interesting in code of smart contract for crowdsale. Who make audit this contract?

Is not it enough that they have their own development team? Audit is usually done when ordering from third-party firms.

Lol man, ofcourse its not enough. Investors must know that crowdsale contract is good and not broken. Nowadays audit make everyone project.  If project dont have audit than you cant trust this project

I thought about the already existing site with the participants who already have a rating. For example, it is from habrahabr.ru. It will be the third independent expert who will want to value his reputation

I don't understand. What does it mean small, but what does big projects mean? What is a measure? , hardcape, softcape or the number of participating in projects...

What to do with the situation when the number of participants is small and the development team buys most of the tokens> 50.01% and using the majority votes in favor of themselves in the first stage of voting?

Making Escrow a third party is a good idea because it can be controlled and transparent. As we know, the ICO Industry is growing very fast. then Escrow can be utilized for the selection of scam projects are good and interesting. I think this is a good project.
