How could you say the word "trustworthy" if you're not saying the truth?. Primedice didn't stole your bitcoins, you're the one who bet and lose it all. It would be acceptable, if your bitcoin have been directly transferred from your wallet to primedice wallet , then you can say freely that they stole your bitcoin.

You can check the seeds, it will help you.Good luck! Hope that you can recover your losses.

Primedice scammed me.  I deposited 14.2 Bitcoins on the 5/17 and it doesn't show up in my balance.  I have a ticket with support and they wont help me.   There is no withdrawal in my transaction log after the deposit was made.  This site is not trustworthy at all.

There is no way for you to know that stolee is not telling the truth. The fact that you claim to know, shows you are being intellectually dishonest.  There is no way to know what happened in his case, or my case without looking at the evidence.  You don't care about that though do you, because you are probably paid by Primedice to promote the site.

Check your Messages here and your balance on Primedice.

Should be resolved. Smiley

At least you helped one innocent guy.

Primedice doesn't pay for people to promote.  We used to pay for signature campaigns, but that was it, and that ended long ago.

They should do that again!

Sig campaigns kinda got crazy at that time and started to ruin this forum so we decided to stop. Even thou it was awesome way to make some side $$ ...
Isn't the reason behind closing of your signature campaign was slightly different?
I always thought that closure of PrimeDice signature campaign was caused by that huge loss you suffered (around 1 million USD in BTC lost) induced by HufflePuff incident.

At least you helped one innocent guy.

I believe his problem is different than yours isnt it?there is no withdrawal or any bet made from his account while your funds got moved away from primedice. If they actually help you out then you will be the first person to actually got helped in this situation and there will be alot more people coming to claim this stuff

You are correct.  Fortyseconds' deposit was simply never credited.  Stolee's was withdrawn from his account, which means either he did, or someone else did, and it's gone.  PD is not at fault when someone's account is compromised.

Im just wondering what exactly took the staff so long to finally credit him the missing deposits? it took more than 10 days according to his post that to got his ticket answered and imo that could be faster. It is easy to check on wether the deposit is simply not credited or someone took it away

it was Primedice' fault. what part of "my balance never updated" do you not understand?
if you had read my thread you would see why I'm saying i was not compromised.
why would I try to scam when I could have left and been finished? I've barely slept for the past 2-3 days trying to work this out.

It was credited and someone took it away from your account. Someone withdrawed it and if the balance was never updated then there is no way for that someone to be able to cash out that amount from your account, your account is compromised even if you dont want to believe that but thats the fact

Support said it was withdrawn from your account, which if your account is compromised, said hacker could withdraw it as soon as it's there, before you even see it.

I'm not going to respond to you anymore, and I'm pretty sure nobody else will either.

On top of that, you came in here screeching and yelling scam and unfair and trolling and "threatening" PD saying you were going to reveal some fake bs you made up.  None of that is helping your case, even if you were telling the truth.

The fact of the matter is that your btc was withdrawn.  It's gone.

I'm just scared of what'll happen.

Here's a summary: I deposited 13 Bitcoin to prove to all the people telling me I'm faking it in the gambling section that I'm not. Okay, great. 6 confirmations later (mind you, I've checked the logs around 20 times in this time for withdrawals and tips and there is nothing) I contact the support. They message me in a few minutes saying someone did a withdrawal. I checked, and boom! It's magically there. Someone did a withdrawal.

Now, here's the strange part.
Brute force: Not possible, account gets locked out after a few incorrect passwords.
Malware: Nope, I was using an iPad and that only.
Bot: I never use bots, only manual betting.
Password: I used a secure password, that was not in any DB matching the username because the username I used on PRIMEDICE was 100% unique and never before used.

I hope PRIMEDICE can help.

Hey,

I cant know how you got your account compromised. Its not possible.
What i know is that your balance was cashed out by different IP which means that he probably had your login info. If you ran script it would be your ip since it would be done from your PC/ipad..

As i told you before there is no way that we can refund that.
Anybody can just use VPN and do a cashout then claim that he got his money stolen.

I am not saying you are trying to do that but many people will.

You need to keep your account secure there is rely not much we can do to protect you, other than suggesting not to use scripts, bots and fake software that will hack pd... Also set strong password, change it from time to time and always enable 2fA.
But even that wont protect you from malicious scripts since you run them on pc where you are already logged in.

And I wasn't using a VPN! From the first confirmation I was in the chat asking why didn't my transaction come. Check the chat logs.

If they would pay you there would immediately be hundreds of people asking for this same thing because it is very easy to use another ip to empty your own account.

And even if there would be way to proof when coins are actually stolen, primedice still isn't theft insurance company Grin

I am not one of those low life's. I deposited but never got a single dollar in my balance and I refreshed so many times, so how is it that is was withdrawn without me noticing? I was on the site the whole time and never once looked away.

Well, you had to look away to send me a ticket and you noticed it when i told you to check tx logs.

Your deposit was credited at:   2016-05-28 16:33:35 and first cashout was made at 16:35:34 - 28/05/16 for 12.95 btc , second one was at    16:38:00 - 28/05/16 , both from different IP.

That doesn't make sense. I didn't send a support ticket until the deposit got 6 confirmations or something, and I didn't see anything in the logs. Check the chat log! It was past 16:38 when I said there is nothing in the logs.

I think, may be ur friends, or relatives near u, can have contact with ur device and can done that nasty things... May be you r not aware of that.. I'm sure pd has best security, if it is whole, then every user in pd will be in your situation..... I think it is something in ur side I guess

Don't accuse my family of doing anything. My wifi is WPE2, 10 mixed letters and numbers. Everyone in the house was sleeping and no one would ever do something like that.

Please just go away. Take your 13 bitcoin and just buy something. Scam attempts, you are BAD at.

I always thought that closure of PrimeDice signature campaign was caused by that huge loss you suffered (around 1 million USD in BTC lost) induced by HufflePuff incident.

No not at all. We closed sig campaign way before that.
I was probably a participant in the last PD sig campaign in 2014 (I was most likely a Member/Full Member then). HufflePuff also happened in 2014 (I'm not very sure about the timing). So, timing seems to be close...

Im just wondering what exactly took the staff so long to finally credit him the missing deposits? it took more than 10 days according to his post that to got his ticket answered and imo that could be faster. It is easy to check on wether the deposit is simply not credited or someone took it away

That was unacceptable, I was away for the past week or so and that led to the majority of the delay on that getting resolved. With regards to Fortyseconds, he has been credited with a bonus. The reason for the delay was his accounts were blacklisted as they appeared to have been involved in transaction abuse, this was the reason we raised confirmations on deposits over 0.1 to 2 confirmations over a period of time. It turns out we had made a mistake and he had not attempted to exploit our system and he has thus been credited and sent a bonus.

As for Stolee, I'm more than happy to provide him with all information we have to help him find who stole his bitcoins however there is no flaw on our side in this matter. If you are going to store a significant amount of coins we highly recommend enabling 2FA, and being wary of scripts/downloads. Also it's important to keep in mind that a weak password is a lot worse than no password at all.

At least you helped one innocent guy.

I believe his problem is different than yours isnt it?there is no withdrawal or any bet made from his account while your funds got moved away from primedice. If they actually help you out then you will be the first person to actually got helped in this situation and there will be alot more people coming to claim this stuff

Well I just want to know why my balance didn't update during the time the deposit was credited and cashed out. a 4 minute difference, and I saw nothing in my balance which is what led to my money getting withdrawn because I planned to deposit and withdraw instantly

Thats silly, why do you even deposit on the site if you want withdraw it instantly. I dont know what are you thinking but Im smelling red flag now because of this statement. It could be a move made by yourself to withdraw it and claimed that it never got arrived in your account but in fact it got withdrawn by you
