That is really strange withdrawal request processing manually without any public notice, hot wallet got empty and not have enough to pay to people or that for some kind of security reason, it would be helpful to let know what is going there and it will be back to instant withdraw?

It's a security feature. PD's bankroll is massive, but we only keep a small portion of the bankroll in the hot wallet in the case that someone were to find an exploit. As I said above, withdraws are still instant. They were only pending for a few hours. Like I said, refilling the hot wallet usually only takes a few minutes, this time just took a bit longer. |

That gives some kind of confidence to players. Still it is a best site for dice game. |

I still not receive mine :/ , does all the pending withrawal being proccessed untill now? If you're still missing yours, submit a ticket to Support via the HELP button in the upper right of PD. Is the withrawal not instant and automatic? i send the ticket 1 day ago now. im still patiently waiting  I hope you fix your problem. |

The only reason it took so long yesterday was that we had to wait for inputs or something according to Stunna. I don't know the specifics, and we weren't given any warning either. I'm not an Admin either, I'm only a chat Mod, I'm just sharing the knowledge I have. |

What kind of help are you looking for? Do you have a problem in making a deposit or in making a bet? Or, do you want help on making a profit? Do you have shared pc/are using a vpn? i'm not sure when does primedice resets the "too many login attempt". contact support and it'll be fixed. |

That can happen either when you switch accounts too often, or try to log in too much. It's a security measure to prevent people from brute-forcing your password and compromising your account. Usually you wait 1-3 hours (don't try logging in during this time or it might reset the counter), and then try logging on. |

Maximum payout is 30 BTC and so maximum bet amount depend on what payout option you have for betting there if you will go with 2x payout than it will be 15 BTC, maximum payout is got increased from 20 BTC to 30 BTC at the moment. |
