 I had same issue few days ago "stuck on loading" but now it is working very fine in both chrome and firefox even om my android phone.
Maybe he need to clear cache his browser.

I have not been able to to access PD via Tor for a few weeks now. Always stuck on the loading screen. I believe this is a result of cloudfare changing, not PD.

Scottt was an awesome person. I still remember when he tipped a bunch of chatters with huge satoshi. Scottt and his alts was the best history of primedice. I miss him so much.
