Mods can't help you with that kind of thing, you have to contact support and they can resolve it. Submit a ticket on PD via the HELP button in the upper-right corner of the main page. They'll be able to sort it for you.  |

MICRO, the head of the Support team, typically has an average answer time of 3.5 hours or less (usually less) as long as he isn't sleeping. If there's a ticket submitted, he will handle it. |

I got the same problem aswell. I try to write some messages at the chat room and it says chat error all the time and when I refreshed my browser it stuck at loading stuff for a longer time. I bet something went wrong at the new server after the last maintenance. Hopefuly they will fix it as soon as possible. |

I don't have any issue right now it is working for me smoothly, rolling dice without any error, that error got fixed there and now it is back online again, loading speed is normal on my side and i have checked it there with some refreshes.

Hope it helps All that is in the PD now looks well and smoothly, so most likely the problem you are experiencing is purely from your network, so check your network or you can use the way that it has been informed by these people. I checked my network its working fine.I tried different browsers and still not working keeps loading.Sad part it i have some bitcoins stuck there.Last night site was working well so i deposit some bitcoins and fall in sleep.
Today when i tried to play ..site not working keep loading.Cleared cookies and everything still not working.Hope I can at least withdraw my bitcoin.

Try to load https://primedice.com/play or https://primedice.com and also check with incognito mode. Something is wrong on your side i guess. |

I'm not getting any problem as well from my part I'm just using the free faucet and trying my luck to win, I use to play Primedice just for fun use this site gives me some relaxation, I'm sorry for what is happening to you might need to PM the thread starter maybe there's another way for you to check or get your balance if there's any from your account. |
