can't there be different levels of support. for instance i am sure PD receives a lot of tickets which a lot of them are not valid and a lot of them can be solved without any need of access to any secret information. for this they can put a level 3 support which checks and answers simple issues and directs the rest to higher level which have access to secret stuff, for example funds or users accounts, etc.

I'm sure support staff could be limited to what they have access to but that would also limit their ability to actually help. I think to be effective though staff would need certain access to confidential things or be able to reset account details etc which they could abuse. Maybe having one or two support staff who are just entry level ie they process the tickets and deal with the basic issues or queries that don't require much access to sensitive info and for the tickets they can't handle they pass on to staff higher up and they can prioritize the ones that are more serious so they get handled quicker.

Email is something that is confidential to some people for me I would not want some random to send me some email in the future or spam my mailbox with nonsense. Apart from that BTC address is something that is sensitive to some people. Stunna might not be the guy that is easy to trust someone to handle his player's email and such. References below clearly show that he valued email

Exactly . Email is personal and should not be dealt with with ease , especially in bitcoin where people want theirs privacy.

And there is also that thing , having emails of large number of gamblers can be valuable information. Spaming them emails with ref links to sites , advertisements and other shit.

Pd doesn't want that , and that is the reason its taking so long for them to trust somebody with that info.

i agree with what you say.
but you have to remember that it is up to the person to protect his/ her privacy and you can't rely on the website (wherever it is) to not spam you.
do you remember what happened to the forum a while back? it got hacked and it wasn't anything wrong with the forum managers , but the passwords , emails and lot of other personal stuff was leaked.

Indeed it has nothing to do with theymos or the other admins but there will be always someone who curse / mad at them because their data was leaked. If you read what MICRO wrote above , I can see that Stunna totally want to prevent anything from leaking his player's database and email is a very sensitive thing for some people therefore I can understand why Stunna needs to be extra careful in choosing someone for the support service

If people are worried about having their details leaked you should be doing everything you can to protect yourself and never rely on third parties to protect you 100%. Any site can be theoretically hacked or be susceptible to an inside job. I'd create a new email address for sites like this forum or primedice and don't leave any trace to your real world identity (and most certainly don't re-use passwords). That way if anything does go wrong you're covered.

Creating support positions is not nearly as big deal as you guys are making it out to be... Limit the levels of trust between groups. You can offload work easily without having to give out too much sensitive information.

But people here is scared that that support person will just compile a list of it's own to sell to spammers.
I would never do that because it's time consuming and you would not even be able to solve the issue of the person related.

I like that you use a different color in "Profit" to indicate if a person is in the profit zone or not, but it seems the "Luck" number is always in green color, no matter if it is above 100% or not.
