I've successfully played primedice 6+ months ago, winning and losing decent amounts (10k-50k euros).

Now, 0.52 were stolen instantly from my account. You can go back in the thread to see the whole story.
I messaged Stunna three times, 0 answers.

Then I go back in the thread, until 1 year ago. The increase in the last month or two of the exact same thing happening as mine, is exponential.

TL;DR

don't play, or you could get your btcs stolen within few minutes after the deposit, and they'll claim it's your fault. Yes, your fault. Like someone hacked you and even if you don't deposit for 6+ months, 1minute after you deposit, he already withdrawn, which is impossible, and founder wont reply even tough I made him 15keuros richer. The support will regurgitate the same s**t which every bad support does aka "it's your fault".

They even say they are impossible to hack. which is impossible. any decent guy at IT security could tell you no one is safe. Take as an example with a google search the latest hacked companies. Twitter, Sony, Samsung, JP morgan. They are MULTI BILION MULTINATIONAL COMPANIES and THEY GET HACKED.
It's just shi*talking primedice. It's clear there's more than one way to get the passwords of the accounts. Not only trough a database. For example cookies matching. Well...

You better play your money on REAL official betting sites (Not bitcoin's ones). [/size]
That's because IT IS your fault you goddamned idiot.

You're a moron for thinking of gambling with 15k euros and NOT using 2FA.  Of course someone will try to hack you if they see you on High Rollers all day.

When you play on a "#1 most trusted secure gambling site" you'd expect it to have some fucking security of its own. Not everyone has the god damn time to use 2FA for every fucking thing when they want to log in.

What?  Unless you physically log out after you're done playing every single time, or wipe your cookies/cache every single time when you're done playing, you only need to use it once...

I log in to PD, use the 2FA once, and it keeps me logged in for weeks on end man.

Not only that, but I'm pretty sure less than 3 minutes of your time to make your account 100x more secure isn't worth more than 15k euros, unless you're Bill Gates.

There's something very wrong with your priorities if you think less than 1-2 mins of your time is worth more than a few hundred dollars.

The site has security, you just refuse to use it.  That's your own fault, and the other guy, and every other person that whines and complains when their BTC gets stolen.

Either way, the reply I'm getting is pure bullshit. I took every single step I could to ensure I wasn't hacked.

Never used a single script,
Password was over 10 characters with capitals, numbers and lowercase and I made sure it wasn't in ANY word list, OR any database leaks. My email was also unique to the site, and I never used a username I used anywhere else.

See that bolded part?  That's called a lie.  If you had taken every step, you'd have 2FA turned on and wouldn't be in this situation.  Not only that but you claim to have searched word lists and database leaks for your password?

.....You realize if you're on a compromised PC it's very easy to find those sites and see what you searched for, right?

Anyways, I'm done arguing about this.  When it comes down to it, it's your fault, and Stunna will most certainly not be held responsible for users that are too lazy to enable 2FA to protect 100s or 1000s of dollars.

Do you not get it?

I was using PRIMEDICE on an iPad, and only an iPad. The iPad was factory reset and I'm not a fucking moron, I did not download malware. Even IF I did, don't tell me that the person monitoring it would have been on 24/7 to monitor me and figure out when i deposited, and that STILL doesn't explain why NOTHING showed up in my balance between the time it was supposedly credited and the time it was "withdrawn"

You have deleted your cache/cookies from you browser, this is very possible reason of this issue, I had refresh so many times but it still visible on my side, I think this problem from your side so you don't need to be worry about.

Enough for the bullshit ~ i think the both deposit and withdraw adress is your. So you are the hacker , you hack yourself and made a story to try convince everyone that primedice is not safe.
Even if your story are true , what can you do? Yeah absolutely nothing or maybe you can report to police but i don't think they will investigate bitcoin scam case , did they?
So i suggest you to stop wasting your time here and go earn solid money with your hand , next time be smart or stop gambling for your own good. You should know there always a risk to gambling online when you try to deposit £1500 euro.

And by the way , i really think this two account ( prometheus2016 and Robertt-) are the same person that try to destroy Primedice reputation.

It could be either that or it could be a legit complaint. It has been alot of cases of people complaining about this however it is due to their own mistake so they are not really trying to destroy primedice reputation but rather trying to find some ' justice aka refund ' which of course cant be given away

£1500 euro.

off topic , LOL 1500 pound euro ? is this a new currency?

I don't know what is happening on PD and why people are losing their money because of get hacked, it seems there is possible chance any person involve into this job, who is stealing money from player's account, leaving bad impact and going to ruin the reputation of this trustworthy dice site.

adding mail confirmations for withdraw will be solution

If the 'hacker' has access to the account, this means your email address could got compromised as well if he knows what your email address which is linked to the PD account is. The simplest solution to this is to force a 2FA for every account , this is the simplest yet the toughest thing to break for the hacker

yes if they hacked highly possible their mail got hacked too but at least they will see confirmation mail on their mail or they will see their mail password changed too so they wont doubt someone at pd staff got their coins

It would seem to me it would be very difficult to hack, considering the captcha on the login now, just noticed that.

I would suspect the user may have a keylogger type virus on their system, and not know it. While the keylogger would be relatively useless for things like a BTC wallet on your local machine, because they wouldnt have access to it, it would allow them to get into sites they log into.

When I ran my business years back, my staff abused the hell out of AIM and other chat application. Writing up didnt work. Installed a baracudda system, costing $8000, didnt stop them. So, one night, after consulting our lawyers of course-- and that it was ok to do so, we installed a paid for program to log specifically mouse movements, in what programs, what windows, and capture screenshots every 10 seconds.

Only for one reason, the abuse of employees not working and chatting literally all day was costing a fortune.

The program was incredibly stealth, it did not show up on the hard drive, it did not show up anywhere using any detection method as a running service. It was impossible to see.

The only way you could "get" into it, was to type your "keycode" into notepad, which was something obscure... like 4f8behe9e$$b6b4b

Then a window would appear. My point- it was undetectable. Even with Windows defender. MS Security Essentials. Etc.

It literally emailed out the data on a interval basis, over a vpn, so even if the user analyzed the traffic, it was encrypted first, then sent encrypted again over an obscure port via VPN.

That said:  If a user has a keylogger on their computer. They could gain access to the users PD Account. Then they could find the deposit address.

With the deposit address, using Blockchain.info, set up a watch, with audio alarm- the second a deposit hits, pre-confirmation.

So they hear it, then wait for confirm. Login, and the moment it hits, withdraw.

I'm totally freaked out by keyloggers. For that reason, I sandbox nearly everything I run, and run VMs. My root system I keep highly protected.

There are so many viruses out there. Its insane.

Be safe guys, and be very careful what you install. As well as the websites you visit.

Cheers!
