There was another wave of faucet abuser bans, so that was most likely the cause. If you claim faucet too much they can/will ban you for it. |

If the alert said "muted by admin" that means you claim your faucet too often. Send a support ticket with a good reason maybe can help you to release the ban. If you're a legit player for sure! |

I got my account recovered with all my btc intact with a bonus, why do you think you lost your btc? i'm sure you'll be able to recover it too, just open up a support ticket and micro will help you out. |
