My account has been muted permently and i dont know why (there must be an error )
i didnt break the rules .. i was just playing and chatting normaly.
i didnt ask for tips or use scripts..

If the alert said "muted by admin" that means you claim your faucet too often. Send a support ticket with a good reason maybe can help you to release the ban. If you're a legit player for sure! |

If the alert said "muted by admin" that means you claim your faucet too often. Send a support ticket with a good reason maybe can help you to release the ban. If you're a legit player for sure! That account was not muted for faucet abuse. |

The loyalty achievement bug is still not fixed (it's keeps resetting on the 7th day). Not the most urgent problem, but still, it has been this way for months...

The admin said a few posts back that they are working on some upgrades and I guess its slowing down their servers. |

Update.Finally.I can log in now.And it seem the withdraw i request early is cancelled and the balance goes back to my prime dice account. |

I got my account recovered with all my btc intact with a bonus, why do you think you lost your btc? i'm sure you'll be able to recover it too, just open up a support ticket and micro will help you out. |

I stopped risking my money on this site since I read a lot people cant access they accounts and have to wait for a longer time to get their accounts back. Will play again when all the bugs already been fixed! |
