This is what I looking for ~snip~
Hm, What are you looking for? Happy hour has been ended 4 hours ago, and you're saying if you were missed that because you can't login in Primedice? I was playing when Happy hour started (only last 15min) and it went smoothly.

Mostly, but most of them are between 1AM and 8AM UTC No wonder why i miss primedice's happy hours, i sleep at those hours lol. it would be nice to conduct happy hours in favour of different timezones, like sometimes at 5am utc then the next time at 12am utc!

I lost 8 Bitcoin or so.
Basically, 2FA did not work for me ... something happened, so I emailed Primedice to disable 2FA. They did ... I signed out of my account, but when I tried to sign back in my password was incorrect. Me being the idiot I am used one of my MANY, MANY passwords. I gave my identity, and confirmed who I was to Primedice ... They changed my password for me, I thought I was safe. I had the new password they generated for me, I didn't bother logging into the account as the email was sent at 2AM, and I was finally going to sleep. I had a big day ahead of me the following day. I try to login with that password, it was incorrect ... That's because Primedice sent me an email later saying someone tried accessing my account. What happened:
I must of been hacked before initiating 2FA, the hacker added an emergency wallet. But as I normally follow procedure, I change my password. I disabled 2FA because it wasn't working, that's probably because the people I told at PD that my account didn't work probably tried accessing the account. I gave Primedice my IP, ISP, Location, and info about myself to prove I was the owner. And yes, I was the owner. But for some reason, the guy who pretends to be me - the hacker, gets my money. This is a joke, I demand a refund into my private wallet, as I still have no access to the account that was hacked, neither does the hacker .... This is an absolute joke, an absolute joke. Keep in mind I was the FIRST person to contact Primedice that my account was hacked.... This is a joke, I abhor this site, I hate it ... I am owed a huge debt, money that was my. They changed my password for me to a random generated password, if this wasn't my account, why the fuck wouldn't I login to take 8 BTC and withdraw it to a wallet? I didn't do that because it was MY account, and I thought everything WAS secure. Apparently fucking not, this is an absolute joke. I want my money, do something ... this is a big deal ....

If your money was already withdrawn from the account their is little Primedice can do, if your story is true that is very unfortunate but the fact remains that Primedice can't do much about it your bitcoins are lost in the block chain.

Not much of this makes sense to me. Are you saying you contacted PD support because you couldn't login because 2FA didn't work and then after 2FA was removed you tried to login, the password was wrong? After this you contacted them to get a new password and after you finally get a new password you don't login? After this is just turns blurry...

If the hacker hacked your account he abviously has acces to the emails you've send support with your username and password. He didn't needed to set a emergency address, all he had to do was take that information login and withdraw. You failed on your end by not setting a new password right away after you got a random generated password and delete the email completely.

It is abviously players mistake by not setting security feature correctly. If 2FA function is not working means, it is adviced to keep huge amounts in any site. Let think is a hard learnings and don't make same mistake again.

No, I sent support email through another email and I proved myself with questions, a lot of questions to prove my identity. They knew I was who I said I was. He set an emergency address a few days prior to this incident, when I probably had barely anything in my PD account, he was waiting to strike when I had more money. But as usual, I changed my password, it was so hard I even forgot what it was. I requested PD delete 2FA, bad move on my end, but that wouldn't of made a difference, considering the fact he probably copied my 2FA to his phone when logging in. He contacted them through a different email.

That means primedice is not safe for everyone, I saw many people complain about their 2fa already and still they keep coming claim their money is gone because of the incorrect password keep happening to them. Is there nothing that their support can do? This will make reputable site like primedice down if this thing keep happening

Though I don't understand how as I've never faced anything like this on the site. I do of course use a strong password + 2FA. Wonder if in this case the support gave the wrong person access too easily (?). However right now my only concern is not being asked 2FA on withdrawal. I've said this a thousand times and I'm only being ignored!
