This is a very unfortunate thing to happen but I'm glad to see PD was so quick to take action. What I don't understand is why someone would do this with so little to gain... Hope you get your site up soon, MICRO. did you get free domain name with hosting when starting the site?
i would move to a new register
I suppose they can switch registrar after the issue is resolved. Till then their hands are tied. Hello, Micro and Stunna

Someone asked this before and as far as I know it's not possible yet

Good news! We've regained access to the domain and they are pointed at our old nameservers again. I still must stress that you cannot trust emails from @primedice for the next day or until we say so.
We're in the process of transferring the domain to a more secure registrar. I will let you know when the site is back and it is safe to play, but hopefully within the next day.

You should make a mandatory password change for everyone who logs back into primedice

Glad to know PD has recovered its domain back. And yes, it's a good idea to transfer it to a more secure registrar specially, knowing that the current registrar is toooo slow to process cases like this like there's no business being halted. Will try out stake for the meantime. with faucet XD PD: Mistletoe Stake: Mistletoe

You should make a mandatory password change for everyone who logs back into primedice Not only that but a way to make sure those who did attempt login on the phishing site could securely login their own account. Luckily I'm not one of those.

Good news. Thanx to all the people that worked very hard to solve this problem. And to Support personnel that had to handle a lot of extra work.

That's good news indeed Thanks to keep us update of the situation, a new registrar is indeed a good idea especially if they don't provide to you all the logs in details to see exactly when things start to be suspicious (i don't know if it's the case or not). I hope that PD will return to normal soon and i'll keep the french community up to date with the last news. Thanks for the work Stunna & all the team

Phew! At last! Good to here that, Stunna! Kudos to the whole team! You should make a mandatory password change for everyone who logs back into primedice
I'm not the only one who logged in into the phishing site so it's really a must to have a mandatory change of password. Glad to know PD has recovered its domain back. They should transfer it to more responsive registrar, 24/7 live support like PD and Stake's You should make a mandatory password change for everyone who logs back into primedice
Not only that but a way to make sure those who did attempt login on the phishing site could securely login their own account. Luckily I'm not one of those. I'm one of the victim, but fortunately I got 2FA enabled, I hope the other victims as well. If not, I hope they do not have balance before the incident happened. I think, they should disable withdrawal or tipping for the mean time, or do manual withdrawal, but the withdrawal address should be one of the address used to depo in the user's account. Idk if it will help, just an idea.

OR pd has recovered it already but didnt configure the registrar account yet to point the domain back to where it should be to secure the account first. anyways, glad to see my pd folks in stake and meet new peeps at the same time:)

In the mean time we are working on getting site back up and securely for our users and for users that got their passwords compromised. Also we had some reports that people contacting support@primedice.com got reply to install team viewer and stuff like that. THAT IS ALSO PHISING ATEMPT, DO NOT TRUST EMAILS FROM primedice.com UNTIL WE HAVE FULL CONTROL OF MAIL SERVERS. We will make proper announcement when all is sorted out. Thank you all for continuing support over this painful period, and also for helping us to get that phising warning so fast and everything. This just proves how strong our community is and we will work with you guys to even more improve Primedice and relationship with our players.

primedice.com is now safe, you can start betting again!
No it is not. Do not trust that account. You should give up before this escalates. Primedice domain is still not under our control was he used to be part of primedice community manager? his trust dated back june 2017 seem all was feedback left for him as PD community manager named Edward? or those are also fake feedbacks, and he's also responsible for this "compromised domain" chaos the warnings on his trust page did give bad signs This user's password was reset recently. This user recently woke up from a long period of inactivity.

The person who stole the domain likely reset his password via email — since they control the domain they receive any emails received to the primedice domain.

Luckily I'm not one of those. This could be a tricky one as people who are already fallen victim here have a chance that the hacker will be the one changing there passwords. Emails are also affected as some will have the same password as there Primedice accounts. I think a signed message from there last withdrawal address might be a better alternative, although it will take up more time as the process will be done one by one.
