It is disabled by default, but you can start to earn satoshis after some posts. If you make just one quality new topic, you can cashout to your PD account (minimum is 2k)

Right now I've made my first post since transferring earned sats to my PD account and I see that I've earned 554 sats for that. It wasn't a topic, it was just a reply in a thread. I am done with Dogecoin.

It was actually a pretty good coin to use when you want to gamble because during the crazy high BTC fee days many sites started to accept DOGE. And it was basically free to send transactions. However due to the community it quickly realized its a pump and dump coin more or less. Way too volatile to keep any money in it.

Back in 2014, they actually have a good community and they funded that NASCAR and it had the Dogecoin stickers and what-not to promote the coin or even BTC itself.

However when it went from like $0.001 to like $0.02 and back down to like $0.002 almost instantely it shows you how manipulated it can be.

Hence don't think its a good gambler type coin. Heck even USDT Tether would be better than Dogecoin.

Well actually we did not started it now, we have been running Pay Per Post for over 1 year. but every new coin means lot of potential troubles (as it happened with ETH at some point) so I guess they are doing their fair amount of testing
before introducing it,the next one should be litecoin at their siter site Stake though,waiting for the next update for it to come live

Right now gambling sites don't really need to add any alts. It will only introduce problems, and there is always a chance there could be a bug and cause them losses.

Basically since I think Febraury or March of this year the transaction fees were crazy cheap (5 sats/byte or lower) that most people just save themselves the headache and gamble with BTC instead.

I think the addition of alts is important when the fees go back up, but nobody knows if the fees will go back to the $20/transaction like it did before.

Pretty sure that BCH spammer is long gone or broke and won't spam the network anymore.
