40,000,000 tokens will be used to maintain price support of the PRG tokens, 40M are a lot but wath will happen if ipotetically you run out of tokens ? An what means stable? Basically you will play the market?
Any answer for this? I think it's an important point for investors, many people join ICO for trading sake, why join this ICO if you suppresse the price everytime? This is indeed a crucial question! I think it's crucial for a lot of potential investors interested in trading in the first place to get an answer from devs. |

Just seen, than you have partnerships with IOTA? So no Ethereum? So it will not be an ERC20 tokens?  They are partnered up with IOTA, but I still believe it is an ERC20 token yet and that info can be found on their one pager pdf. Dev how you justify the 100m marketcap off the bat? I dont doubt this product is good and can achieve loads but why such high valuation off the bat? |

This is something that should be cleared out for the investors. Most ICO explains this in there white paper but I cant found it anymore. Is it for marketing? Expanding to new regions? Setting up offices? Hope we soon get an answer. Thanks in advance |

November 15, 2017: List token on major exchanges Which exchanges you mean? You have some arragemens already? Or what countries of exchanges you prefer? China, USA... ? I know Bittrex has a policy where the people who run the token/coin are not allowed to disclose if they have made a deal with Bittrex, before it will actually launch on the exchange. Seems fair, since it would influence the price so much. A token like this, if they reach they goal, will eventually be listed there though i expect. |

By major exchanges they probably mean Bittrex and Poloniex. Perhaps Binance, but that is unlikely with how little coins they list. Its to hard going to Polo now. Binance already adding new tokens now? Its China exchanges? Who trading there? Or its only for China users? Yes, Binance is a chinese exchange. It's mostly for China but I don't think it's restricted to other countries. |

If this industry could proove that it's not just about dealing but about creating a real safe strucutre that is really useful for many people maybe things could be better. The 40 million will be based pro rata on our initial crowd sale - e.g. we sell 100 million PRG, then the fund gets 40 million PRG. If we sell half of that, the fund also gets half of that amount. This fund is important for us to gradually lower the tokens in circulation, as well as buy/sell from the markets in the event of pumps and dumps. Team members and employees will be barred from trading PRG within a 48 hour period of any reserve fund intervention. Ultimately we want to ensure some level of stability for the PRG token as excessive volatility can be harmful - the Paragon Reserve Fund helps to address this goal.
