Hello pals,
Recently I introduced Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to my friends and family, they liked the concept but they asked me a question that I wasn't able to answer. Is Bitcoin really secure? What if a hacker was able to hack Bitcoin system/blockchain?Who manages Bitcoin security and what are the security measures taken to avoid hackers being able to steal Bitcoins? Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market? What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?
I really appreciate if you  guys give me some answers
The safety of bitcoin depends on us.
Change passwords from a purse more often, although it's impossible to completely protect yourself... because there are so many ways to steal purses.
the security is always depends on the person no matter how secure it is but the one who own is not a person wherein have the security for all the thing that he done for this may look useless for.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

While a lot of people disrespect bitcoin daily it hasnt been hacked or something similar ever.
That's what make bitcoin so secure, it develop has been the longest and the best over the years.

How do you know? How confident are you for years? BTC is developing now very quickly, it is quite unbelievable. Is it safe? A lot of websites have been created imitating stock exchanges and online wallets.

I think bitcoin is secure if you have enough security know how fpr multimedia devices. But the problem is the regular internet user has no that know how. So if you want to make cryptocurrencies available for the mass, you have to do some new stuff, because for the regular user is the whole stuff with private keys etc too complicated!

Bitcoin is not really secured, because of there are alot people who are trying to hack someones wallet or etc.
But even though they are trying to hack the wallet they can't succeed, so bitcoin is secured.

As of right now bitcoin can be secure as to the extent that it can. However even if it is considered secure we must not overlook that hackers and other people can bypass and destroy these fail safes if they need be and can still make bitcoin not secure with their clutches

The bitcoin blockchain network is safe but you funds on your wallet is not is that what you are trying to explain? If that is, it's correct. The blockchain system is completely safe but the currency that you are hodling is not safe if you don't keep it properly and securely, It can get hacked or you can get scammed just to be specific in what you have said.  Grin

Yes I think bitcoin is really safe. Nobody can steal bitcoin unless we are careless in using it. I think the government should not ban bitcoin transactions because bitcoin is the most valuable asset for the future.

Nothing is safe in this world, everything that is created can be hacked, broken etc It is just the matter of time and money you want to invest in it.

Yes, in those times bitcoin is even more secure than paper money, the only difference between them is that bitcoin is electronic, and the only way it can be hacked or lost is because of your fault, by telling anyone your private key, or your password, etc.  It has been some years since hackers are trying to hack bitcoin wallets but they can not, so I would say yes, bitcoin is the most secure "money" that exists.

We cant say that Bitcoin is secure or not, we have to say about the wallet. Each wallet just has 1 private key and it is very safe. But if you lose the key or something like that, you will lose your coins. Another, the coins you store in exchange is not safe completely because the hackers can attack the exchange and stole your coins.

It is more secure than banks, that is for sure, however everything what is man made is corruptible but that shouldn't be a factor which stops you from investing. However, consider to have a private wallet because exchanges can be hacked so it is not really smart to keep your coins on exchanges if you don't trade them

The Tech is solid it's the 'between' transactions were you must consider safety. Wallet, Internet security and viruses. Always sweep your machine and update your security there are pick pockets about even in cyber space.

Yes it is secure. It will only be unsecured if you go to sites that looks fishy. Being careful with  the  sites and links that you click is the best security

Yes, bitcoin is high-quality full security coin. Because, when bitcoin transfer one account to another account this transaction, not traise this transaction.

Bitcoin is safe, the evidence to last until now. The government will also be difficult to ban it, because bitcoin moves in the digital world.
