Hello pals,
Recently I introduced Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to my friends and family, they liked the concept but they asked me a question that I wasn't able to answer. Is Bitcoin really secure? What if a hacker was able to hack Bitcoin system/blockchain?Who manages Bitcoin security and what are the security measures taken to avoid hackers being able to steal Bitcoins? Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market? What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?
I really appreciate if you  guys give me some answers

The blockchain is a complex conception and its security varies. Overall, in terms of a stable place to conduct business, yes the blockchain which bitcoin is on is secure. Though, bitcoin as a currency can be hacked and has been hacked in the past as news accounts have documented. Also, bitcoin as a currency can be lost and/or frozen within the blockchain as transactions needed concurrent addresses and sometimes amounts to be verified as  complete. This latter portion, at times, doesn’t have any security and therefore, billions of dollars have been frozen and/or lost already within the blockchain.

"The nature of Bitcoin is such that once version 0.1 was released, the core design was set in stone for the rest of its lifetime." -- Satoshi

Rest assured, Bitcoin is safe to use. The only way that you will lose your money is due to your splurging in unnecessary things aside from basic needs.

With the developing technology these days, many things are also created and developed. But as some helpful things are being created, the way to hack it or even destroy is also being develop. Like any other, bitcoin may also be hacked. People who do hacking as a job or people who are expert in this type of field are everywhere. Yes, hacking it may be hard. But people nowadays are continuously finding ways on anything. As technology improves, they might soon know how to do it. Bitcoin have a really good security but still, hacking it is possible. I think that it is really not that secured.

Bitcoin system if fully secure and easy to use. There is lot of layers in terms of security which no hacker can even think to hack.
Only one thing you should take care is related to transferring funds. Please double check your information twice before making any transactions,

Transactions once done can not be reverted in any case. Also you should aware of market fluctuations so that you dont loose your money.

I have not already hear someone that his bitcoin has been hack so i think this is secured but also take care of your bitcoin if you want it to be useful
I think that's not true. There are incidents that bitcoins are stolen by hackers. Taking all possibe security measures is the best.
Hackers are trying to steal our BTC and if you'll just being careless to your post your account might be hacked easily. But the moderators of BTC will taking their responsibilities to protect our coins.

Security is also determined by how much we believe in the wallets or market services we use, all still penetrated by hackers including if malware has spread on the OS. I still think that bitcoin is not entirely safe and still vulnerable to being mastered by only a few people who force all users to only play in the altcoin market and consider bitcoin as a medium of exchange that not everyone can have in large quantities.

There is a lot of codes and verification before opening an account in bitcoin.
Even if bitcoin is getting popular, still carelessness is the only reason that you could be hacked by these people.

In my opinion, Bitcoin is not that really secure because there are so many things that needs to improve about it. Any accounts can be hacked by experts in crime around the world as I think but it is not that easy. The Government must implement rules and regulations for the protection of investors' invested capital. I suggest, you try to use other applications for security purpose like in Android phone, you can download Authenticator thru Play Store and don't click any link that you don't know because that might be a virus. Most specially, do not log-in to other cellphone or personal computer that are not yours just to be safe. But please don't be discourage about this because many people are still interested to invest in Bitcoin and really helps them a lot. Just be vigilant to your surroundings.

I think Bitcoin is really safe. Because everyone tries to keep Bitcoin safe. Bitcoin security depends on us, as long as we do not tell our passwords, our Bitcoin remains safe.

Bitcoin really is a security full coins Because the amount of transaction can't be identified. It can be understood that if the Bitcoin was insecure, its transaction amount could be detected.

Bitcoin cannot be considered safe if we do not use all the security facilities that have been provided. In the digital world, we are familiar with the name of the hackers. However, most of their expertise in hacking a system is used for a crime to the detriment of many people. Bitcoin is a digital currency and certainly very vulnerable to security because the hackers who perpetrate crime are still scattered everywhere. But, if we use the security provided then bitcoin security is likely to be more difficult for criminals to steal so it can be said safe bitcoin depends on the user.

Bitcoin’s underlying technology is based off of cryptography and encryption. The technology can’t be hacked until quantum computers are a feasible thing but that is decades from now.

Bitcoin is totally secured as long as you keep your private key and email  account too in safe nothing will happen to your bitcoins and do not let the other know your  passwords even your online walllet account.
