Yes bitcoin is really secure. no one can steal bitcoin, except for our own carelessness.
The government can not be that easy to ban bitcoin transactions, because bitcoin is the future.

To be honest security of any digital service is as good as the owners precautions if you don't use same passwords, don't click unknown links and you stay away from cracked/pirated software you are in the clear at least this way you avoid been hacked

Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market?What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?

Yes that is true. Peoples carelessness the most threatening thing to our safety. Exactly, Bitcoin is safe, as long as you take the necessary precautions. Back in time I forgot to put a password on my wallet, and well, 0,08BTC were stolen. Hopefully it was only worth 16$ in that time - saying this always make me feel like an early adopter - but nowadays it is worth a lot more sadly. 800$ I could have still today if I was a bit more cautious.

No, password is not all of Bitcoin wallet. Your private key is the most important to decide your Bitcoin will rob by someone or not. Even they have my password to access my computer and Bitcoin wallet, but they do not my private key, they can not withdraw my Bitcoin amount.
