Obviously, Bitcoin is a secure system if you are able to make it secure. It depends on your capability. Bitcoin and other virtual currency entirely depend on the address. so don't disclose or share it with other people. If you can then you can find it as a safe and sound system that is fully a secure system.
if you are able to maintain it properly then Bitcoin also should be safe with you. So be careful about you address and private kyes.

It depends on who you're listening to, blockchain technology is going to be the source of a new, more secure Internet and may replace https: Since bitcoin is based on this technology you can say transactions on the blockchain are safe.

Before getting Bitcoin, you must have a wallet, the wallet itself is generated by code, and you need to enter a password, pin, or passphrase for you only.

If you can keep it properly then Bitcoin will also be safe with you. So be careful with personal addresses and kyes. Of course, Bitcoin is a secure system if you can make it safe.

Hello pals,
Recently I introduced Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to my friends and family, they liked the concept but they asked me a question that I wasn't able to answer. Is Bitcoin really secure? What if a hacker was able to hack Bitcoin system/blockchain?Who manages Bitcoin security and what are the security measures taken to avoid hackers being able to steal Bitcoins? Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market? What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?
I really appreciate if you  guys give me some answers

If you can choose a really good website to save your bitcoin, it will highly secure than just a normal one, because a good website has multiple layers of security. However, nothing is perfect, so it is better to divide your bitcoin to many wallets.

I think bitcoin is very safe because bitcoin storage places that we know like blockchain is a great place to store. Because there we can use security twice as much as usual. As confirmation from our own phone. Bitcoin is safe!

If its safety you are talking about the Bitcoin is very safe, there are rare cases of one losing their cryptos unless one got careless with their private keys, if safety f investment is what you are talking about then that's not a guarantee in crypto, the market is too volatile and unpredictable to say its safe

The basis of bitcoin is cryptography. Cryptography is something that can not be hacked. Therefore, bitcoin is incredibly safe. That's how you can explain it to your friends.

In addition, the base data storage using blockchain technology and thats make bitcoin safe and bitcoin data spread across the internet, so it is impossible to hack bitcoin data. So it's very safe as long as we keep save our private key.

Can be said that if you keep your bitcoin in offline wallet then almost impossible bitcoin stolen person, the next step of course is to save the private key in a safe place and you have to back up so that if there is damage then our private key is not lost.

At present block chain technology is very advanced and safe. If BTC is not secure then most of the encryption is not secure at the moment.

On my own opinion, Bitcoin can really secure especially in our future lives because as we can see right now, Bitcoin helps us to provide our daily needs and provide some of our desires. Bitcoin helps us gain a lot of money that we don't expect that we receive that. Bitcoin also helps us save money for our future and helps us to secure and change our lives forever.

Is Bitcoin really secure?
Yes, Bitcoin is really secure.

Quote
What if a hacker was able to hack Bitcoin system/blockchain?
If hacker is able to hack your system, he can take all bitcoins stored on the computer as well as future coins sent to these wallets. Blockchain is distributed database that have multiple independent copies and are validated by each full node. So far the only hack against it was some integer overflow that was possible by programming error and was corrected in later versions. I would say that bitcoin blockchain is unhackable.

Quote
Who manages Bitcoin security and what are the security measures taken to avoid hackers being able to steal Bitcoins?
It is users responsibility to keep their own system secure.

Quote
Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market?
It is not technically possible and also it is against the spirit and purpose of Bitcoin.

Quote
What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?
Nothing happens. Torrenting copyrighted material is illegal, but everyone torrents. Child porn is illegal, but there are terabytes of it available for everyone who knows were to look. If Bitcoin become illegal, people still be using it for anonymous deals because of ease, simplicity and anonymity.

Bitcoin is really secure because there are no reports that fake bitcoin is being generated. If bitcoin is not that secured then there would be an outrage of supply of bitcoin. Bitcoin is really secure because you can set your own password even after they have already given you a private key. So you have to input both the private key and the password to enter your wallet which has double protection. There are also no reports that their account was stolen because they forgot to log it off, but carelessness will lead to stolen accounts and identities.

Bitcoin can be lost or stolen and the best way to secure it is through wallets. Every wallet contains a set of private key, once private key are stolen, you would never see your bitcoins again. There are many different types of wallet, therefore, it is your responsibility to choose your wallet carefully and adopt good practices in order to protect your money. Besides losing private key, you could also lose your bitcoin by computer malfunctions, crashing a hard drive, hacking,  or physically losing a computer where the wallet resides. It is very important that you do a regular back up with your wallets and store it in a multiple secure and reliable storage like usb, hard drive or cds.

The wallet must be safe, and bitcoin is stolen unless the world's computers agree, and hackers generally attack only trading platforms.

When we go online, don't go into some websites with trojans, don't worry about hackers, they can't steal your BTC.

Many people are doubting the security of using bitcoin. Actually safe or not bitcoin depending on the owner or the user, if the owner does not use all the security facilities provided from the wallet provider yes maybe the security will be easily cracked by others, but if otherwise the security far exceeds any bank because of transparency transaction very clear. It may be that many people are skeptical about bitcoin security that the government within a user's state has not legalized the state of bitcoin so that if something happens to a user's bitcoin then the government can not take responsibility.

To protect your crypto-currencies, apply known methods. Do not distribute electronic wallet data. This is important.

I propose to store you in several crypto-currencies at once. Firstly, you can earn so much more or lose less. Secondly, it is more difficult to steal.
