Proper nutrition is good. But life without sweet and wine is very sad. The easiest way is to sew your own mouth. Hang your bare photo on the fridge. Appetite immediately disappears.

For us to have a healthy diet we have to discipline our self specially on the foods we are eating. We should eat on balanced. Always eat fruits and vegetables. Do not eat junk food and fatty foods. And I believed that a healthy or a balanced diet is the key for a long life.

Healthy diet includes all the nutrients required for us in daily needs. Its the best way to stay healthy. It needs decipline and self control. It is very essential for us to take balanced diet daily and this requires all the food stuffs having all essential nutrients like carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals etc. Other than this daily exercise is also needed to stay healthy. The main cause of various diseases is not taking proper diet instead people depend on junks to to fill their stomach without consuming nutrients which are healthy.

Don't drink soft drinks and coctails, evade eating fast food and so on. Also you should have regular meals like 5-6 times a day and eat fruits and vegetables...

For a healthy lifestyle, you need to eat moderate portions and be sure to include enough fruits and vegetables in your diet. Also, you need to drink enough water for good health.

hey guys! I've been working out for at least 3 times a week but I need someone to recommend a healthy diet or routine.
I can't help myself eat snacks when I'm at work since they provide it.
Can you guys give me any tips, that would be so appreciated! Thanks

Sexy time, regularly, better than the gym and keeps you in a good mood.
You can also eat more so long as you do it several times a day.

Good for the body and the mind.

When you mean sexy time sir, you mean the ... Cheesy
But my partner won't probably keep up with me Cheesy

Everyone is different - people react differently to different diets so you have to try what works for you.  Some people have allergens, some people have sensitivities, some people can't deal with nuts or seeds, etc.

In general though:

Carbs are essential but ones with a low glycemic index (break down slower) are healthier.   Squash, oats, brocolli, etc.

Get enough lean protein.  Chicken, fish, etc.

Eat healthy fats.  There is nothing wrong with certain fats.  Our body needs them.  Nuts and seeds, olive oil, coconut oil, etc

Get plenty of fiber.  Whole grains, fibrous fruits and vegetables, etc

Eat nutrient dense food.

Drink plenty of water.

Keep a healthy gut bacteria colony.  Yogurt, etc.

Eat health and stay active and you will lose weight.  Slow and steady and effective.  Starving yourself will only crash your metabolism.

I would also suggest weight training along with cardio.  Both have their place and can really kick your body into fat burning mode.

I've been doing so boxing now Cheesy trainer said I need to do some cardio as well but I'm not really fond of running but I guess I might give it a try Cheesy

A healthy eating plan also will lower your risk for heart disease and other health conditions. A healthy eating plan: Emphasizes vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products. Includes lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts. Limits saturated and trans fats, sodium, and added sugars.

Healthy is what you need to feel good. I believe each organism needs to find its own diet, because what nourishes my body might not do the same for yours. That's why it's a process of trial and error.
I thrive on a non-animal products diet so far, and I feel better than before. However I don't stick it in anyone's face, nor do I insist that people should eat the same.

Your health straightly depends on your mentality and happiness, so eat what you really want, but don't be too greedy.
