A diet that works for me. You put food on a plate, then take away a half, and eat another half. If I want to eat chocolate or cookies (just because I cannot leave without them), I also take just a half.

Healthy diet is diligent exercise, eat on time and sleep not late at night

Eat more fruits and vegetables, try to avoid fast food. Eat complicated carbohydrates in the morning and curd in the evening

Don't skip breakfast
Eat regular meals
Eat plenty of fruit and veg
Get more active
Drink plenty of water
Eat high-fibre foods
Mine is:
Skip breakfast and lunch
Don't go crazy on the fiber, lower veggie and fruit intake
Get more active
Drink plenty of water
Again, no fibre. Also no carbs.
Eat tons of eggs and meat

Loving the energy! I guess it varies from person to person

You can do it by simply cutting the sugar from your diet, no more excuses. Also, discipline and focus on your goals.

just quit .

if you can't find motivation by yourself ,you will do what everybody does : eat well and workout for a few weeks / months and you'll quit eventually.
if you're not motivated enough, if you don't enjoy a healthy lifestyle or going to the gym , then that's not for you.

for me how healthy diet can be done with:
- Eat plenty of water, water is effective to lose weight because the stomach will be full so we will feel full even though we do not eat.
- Sports, One of the activities that we should do when dieting is exercise. Perform regular exercise to burn fat in the body so that it can lose weight
- Eating foods that can burn fat inside the body like eggs or green tea.

Keto lifestyle. Has been the biggest help for my wife an I.   It's also one of the easiest for me as well. I eat bacon and eggs everymorning, or butter in my coffee and I've lost 70 pounds.  It's stayed off and I feel amazing.

Healthy diet is important part of a healthy life style. If you are going to have a balance diet, you should eat the right food and the right amount of it. Focus on eating more vegetables and fruits. Vegetables and fruits should be natural. Avoid foods that have preservatives in it because it is cancerous. It is okay to eat or taste a bit those unhealthy foods. But do it in moderation. If you can avoid it, then much better.

when it comes to healthy diet decipline your self first because its hard to say you cannot eat all foods because its cause by your health you need to choose healthy foods. thats all i want to share.

How a healthy and healthy diet is
     Eat enough and regular mineral water.
     Do not skip the main meal.
     Expand the consumption of vegetables so you feel full longer.
     Avoid buying or storing high-calorie snacks at home.
     Discipline your sports time.
     Eat calmly while sitting at the table instead of working.

A healthy diet is a balance meal. With in the week balance your meal with fruits, vegetables, fish and meat. Don't go for junk foods and soft drinks as snacks rather eat fruits can be raw or cook. Drink so much water. Go also for natural or home made tea like ginger or lemonade. Add some exercise.
