hey guys! I've been working out for at least 3 times a week but I need someone to recommend a healthy diet or routine. I can't help myself eat snacks when I'm at work since they provide it. Can you guys give me any tips, that would be so appreciated! Thanks
I also have a problem with that snacks especially when I saw them eating and I think it looks like delicious and I can't help it, but if you really want to lose weight and if you really want to have a healthy lifestyle and stop eating junk foods. Start eating fruits instead. You can buy fruits and eat it inside your office there is nothing wrong from rejecting their offer with snacks, but also put a cheat day so you will not eager to eat more.

Now I'm used to eat oatmeal as an alternate for rice. And every dinner time, I only used to eat sandwiches.

In generally, eat in moderation and do not take in to much oily and salty foods.
For lunch, you can consider breaking it up into multiple meals and take a light portion each time. This will give you a better boost in energy levels and your food is easier absorbed by the body.
Do not eat after 11pm, best to eat dinner before 7pm.
Sleep early and wake early is important as well.

discipline is all you needed. just eat the regular meals (pass on the snacks). full meal on breakfast and lunch and light meal at dinner. avoid too much carbohydrates eat more protein rich foods since you are working out.
this is a good one and also try to eat with variety this way you get less bored with the food you eat, it can help. But discipline is the key! GOodluck !!

At present, dirty food is being sold very widespread with many toxic substances. The laxity of government agencies makes many people use dirty food every day. Since food is an important factor affecting our health, we need a healthy and balanced diet. For example, eat enough meals, choose clean and quality foods or cut down on carbonated drinks.

Eating a healthy diet doesn’t have to be overly complicated. While some specific foods or nutrients have been shown to have a beneficial effect on mood, it’s your overall dietary pattern that is most important. The cornerstone of a healthy diet pattern should be to replace processed food with real food whenever possible. Eating food that is as close as possible to the way nature made it can make a huge difference to the way you think, look, and feel. The Harvard Healthy Eating Pyramid represents the latest nutritional science. The widest part at the bottom is for things that are most important. The foods at the narrow top are those that should be eaten sparingly, if at all. This Healthy Eating Pyramid shows daily exercise and weight control in the widest, most important category. Fats from healthy sources, such as plants, are in the wider part of the pyramid. Refined carbohydrates, such as white bread and white rice, are in the narrow top. Red meat should also be eaten sparingly, while fish, poultry, and eggs are healthier choices.

Check your portfolio every day. These days it will remove your appetite completely. Not sure how healthy it is tho.

Basically a healthy diet is about managing your diet, including choosing the type of food you should eat. A healthy diet is when all the nutrients your body needs can be met, limit the consumption of packaged foods, ready meals, and fried foods. Try to exercise at least 2-3 hours per week.
