If you say Bitcoin is security than banks or paypal, visa, ... I think it also like those payment method about this case.
But if you want to say about transfer money, there is no payment method can compete the speed and the ability private of Bitcoin.
Even paypal still needs users verify account when someone want to try send a huge money, if those users do not verify their account, they will receive limit 180 days their funds .

1. True you can earn money with BTC, but I know plenty of unfortunate souls who lost money as well. BTC is not magical way of getting rich no matter what.
2. True to that when you have something to offer or are dedicated to the cause.
3. When you are bitcoin newbie it is not so simple, creating bank account is easy, buying bitcoin might be more complicated.
4. We have no idea if the government is not pulling the strings here - also mining is not that decentralized as there are only few mining pools.
