The prices in bigger batches are better , so I'm posting this just to explore potential interest of European Avalon chip owners willing to have K1 nano design made.
We are also working on our own design on bigger boards (10 or 16) , but it's still early to announce details.

In a few days I'll post cost info, just after I get more components/PCB/assembly quotes.


Generally the purpose of the thread is to announce We'll make Avalon based miners as a service to chip owners.
We  are going to offer 4 separate things:

1. 1 chip USB miner based on Klondike K1  and K16 and We will offer
      - PCB production and test
      - Assembly with components except Avalon chip , provided by customer
 K16 sample cad with heatsink and fan

Complete miner - 8x K16 stacked on 4 200x100 heatsinks with fans and enclosure

2. Our own design 16 chip miner based on Avalon chip , again with customers chip
      -TECHNOBIT HEX 16A
cg miner drivers are ready.

Pricing is going to be transparent: I'm going to provide separate cost for PCB,assembly, components, heat sinks,enclosures,power supply,assembly, designer fee for Klondike with no added value . At the end I'll ask some fee for the efforts.
I'll post updates as soon I'm getting quotations from suppliers.
Do have in mind , that Klondike design is not fully finished , so there may be changes in time

Later maybe in September I'll go for retail units, but it depends on so many factors, so it's maybe , maybe not.

Price update on K16 miner beta
Batch 500 to 1000 pcs - price  18 EUR including 0.02 BTC fee for BKKcoins

We got a quotation from diferent suplier for both PCB and assembly for 1000 batch order

 
I got a quote on Klondike K1 nano board for PCB,testing of the board and assembly - about 10 EUR per piece for 192 pcs batches and 6.15 EUR for 1000 pcs batch. Based on 3 weeks lead time
Components for 192 pieces batch - 5.92 EUR
I'll add to the cost  2 USD (or 0.02 BTC) per piece to be sent to BKKcoins for the effort in design and development.
The other options the boards to be ordered with him and to make only assembly  here. For this I have to calculate later lead time and price
My fee to organize everything would be 10 %
So do the math 10 + 5.92 = 15.92*1.1 = 17.50 EUR + 0.02 BTC sent to developer
So do the math 6.15 + 5.92 = 12.07*1.1 = 13.277 EUR + 0.02 BTC sent to developer for 1000 pcs batch

PCB + test + assembly - About 31 EUR per piece for batches of 200 pcs based on 3 weeks lead time
PCB + test + assembly - About 27 20.5 EUR per piece for batches of 1000 pcs based on 3 weeks lead time
Components for 200 pieces batch - 18.85 EUR
Components for 1000 pieces batch - 14.85 12.477 EUR
I'll add to the cost 4 Usd or 0.04 BTC per piece for BKKcoins
My fee to organize everything would be 10 %
So do the math 31 + 18.85 = 49.85*1.1 = 54.835 EUR + 0.04 BTC sent to developer for 200 boards batch
So do the math 20.5 + 12.477 = 32.977*1.1 = 36.275 EUR + 0.04 BTC sent to developer for 1000 boards batch

The heat sink is for bigger 16 chip design the heat sink with custom drills and release for power Conn. This heat sink is 80x90 mm 35 mm high
This is for  Klondike 16 project

For you I'll make an exception . As soon this is available you can buy 1 complete USB miner with my own chip

marto is doing his best to provide you the lowest prices available. Everyone can take advantage of it. for instance a German guy (i am not bashing at him he just lives in Germany where everything is expensive compared to BG ) was offering klondike CNC heatsinks for 6-7 EU each. marto's CNC hetsink price was less than 4 Eu if i remember correctly. Same will come with PCB/assembly i am sure

Bulgaria is known for electronics manufacturers working on profit margins much less then the other countries, matched only by Asian manufacturers (low labor costs, etc.), but with satisfactory quality. You'll notice that manufacturing of all 10-16-20 asic boards (PCB + parts + assembly, - asics) are suggested to be in the range of 80 EUR. If thread starter can organize it for 28 EUR it would be attractive for many people, especially if you happen to live in this part of Europe where the shipping will also be cheaper. That's how I see it.

Yes  ,of course this is the point here.
I have quote for PCB,testing and board assembly and heat sink(optional) for now. You can see in the begining
In the price will be included fee for BKKcoins , I'm waiting for components prices. Also I did not decide about some processing fee for me.
So let's say we'll have some full service  pricing in a few days.
