Yes, for sure digital currency will play a major role in the future. Here in the Netherlands, everyone is used to pay with their debit card. I even think it's used more then cash.
However, paper money will not be gone for a long time, since there are always people around who don't want to adapt to new things.
When digital currency is more a usual thing, I don't think it's gonna be bitcoin. The fees are simply too high to be adopted worldwide.
This is indeed a reality. However, in some countries they will not be allowed to give up their legal tender. The legal currency of a country will be the backbone of a country's steady operation. China, for example, completely forbids the exchange of bitcoins with its legal currency and also prohibits Bitcoin exchanges exist in the country

Yes, I'm sure this will happen, it's only a matter of time. People are now increasingly using cards, as it is more convenient and faster, and with the crypto currency everything will get even better.

Really possible, but in my opinion this is a lot more possible when talking about countries like The United States, Australia, and other first world countries. I don't see this happening to 3rd world countries or even poorer countries due to poverty; the poor crowd couldn't even afford food and basic commodities, what more a mobile device to transact bitcoin with? My guess is that both fiat money and cryptocurrency will both be used. If digital currency would replace fiat money I don't see it happening in this lifetime.
Actually, there is a chance that digital currency or cryptocurrency will replace paper money as a real money that can be used in all kind of transactions. As of now there are country starting to legalized digital currency and they also used as money so that I think there is a big chance that it would happen in the near future. How the heck will digital currency replace those paper money? Even if you legalize all kinds of crypto currencies starting from bitcoin, ethereum and so on you will never ever replace flats, why? Because not every people in this world can use this kind of technology, poverty always exist. Do you think that less fortunate people have the ability to buy a smart phone or computer? Do you think they can afford to pay internet bill? This are the facts that clearly says "Flat will never be replaced by digital currency".

I do not think so because right now user of digital currencies may lie in million or billion. This is a new concept to an extent however with the passage of time many people will prefer using digital currencies and wouldnot hold weight of their paper currency in their pockets. But Paper money could not complete be abolish as many people who are conservative and do not adopt to new things they would stick to their old traditions.Digital currency is more safe and sophisticated, despite this i can say that Digital currency will replace paper money to some extent but paper money will also remain to those who do not want to shift to new technology.

Of course, because it is much more convenient than paper money, especially if you travel - you do not need to run and look for exchangers with a profitable course.

How is digital currency more convenient than paper money? Digital currencies are rarely used or accepted in the real world it is even banned in some countries while paper money, can be accepted whenever wherever you are. If you go to our country, maybe if you want to travel here, you will find and exchange since there are some stores that accept bitcoin but you will be having a hard time to find them so good luck.

Yes is more preferable and SUITABLE FOR transaction and in purchase of any commodity. Secondly travelling from other country u Don't need to go for pepper exchange, you exchange direct to the currencies which you want and make use it the country you board to. Whereas looking for ppa exchange. Majorly there some supper market that accept BTC and Ether, so wen you are with papper money you will also look and exchange to exchange to BTC or Ether.

It will be a very long process, as people are just beginning to learn about the cryptocurrency. Now not all people use plastic cards, but it will be harder to believe in the cryptocurrency.

Yes, for sure. Bitcoin has existed for 9 years, and if humanity would not need a crypto currency, it would not have developed to such a scale. Besides that it's convenient, it's very safe. And can make a profit.

In the longer term, digital money and paper money will go hand in hand. The issue of digital currency still cannot leave "the central bank - the commercial Banks" binary mode, it is easier to under the existing monetary operation framework for legal digital currency gradually replace the paper money, and don't upset the existing currency circulation system.

Paper money will be used exactly the moment until every inhabitant of the planet has access to bitcoin. But this is unlikely to be possible, especially in the near future, there are a lot of poor people in the world who can not afford a phone or a computer. And without this operation with bitcoin is impossible.

I replace if the can Co exist in our daily transaction? I mean you can either use between those two what is the most efficient or convinience mode of payment of your transaction during purchase or payment.
I do love to use both of them, bitcoin on online products and bigger purchase, Fiat for buying items or food on the street...

Digital currency is a one kind of open ledger transactions which can tracked and traced which will be more beneficial for any government to track and monitor it. But with fiat currency government cannot track and monitor it.
So basically its an advantage for any government to go decentralized. But many governments are against decentralization so they will keep flow of fiat currency to run local market, and this is necessary.
Rather I would like to say that its and open source opportunity and choice for everyone to go for decentralized technologies or with transitional ways.

Digital currency never replace virtual money actually any country can’t use, like financing of terrorism or uncertain digital currency Prices are always changing significantly etc. But virtual and digital money complement each other in our daily activities.

I don't think it will ever replace paper money because we cannot use bitcoin in small local stores like what we have here in our country. Cannot use it to pay for our transportations, local markets, eatery. No way we could give it to our children as their allowance. True it becomes more and more popular each day and a lot of people around the world are already using it for the transactions but it could not replace the paper money we are using right now.

It is possible in the distant future, but I am sure that it is not going to happen anytime soon. Because even in the developed nations we have people who can't operate a smartphone. In a world where there are still groups of people who use the barter system, it will be too much optimistic to dream about the digital versions of the currency replacing fiat cash.
