The world is moving towards digital technology. Everyone just going to depend on latest technology. Technology makes our life become so easy and faster. So that no one will be surprised if paper money is replaced by digital currency.  People of the world gradually moving on this I mean cryptocurrency. so I think the change shall come so early.

I think the digital currency will ever replace paper money because the digital money is using by majority of the people so soon this digital money will replace the paper money and then the banks which are now  the big industries of the country financial system so if the digital money comes and it replace the paper money then the trend will changed and the banks will disappear from the world it is not easy to replace the decades paper money and this is universally acceptable money.
I think having digital currency as replace with paper money is a good thing and very possible to happen but we must consider some problems that will affect this changes. We all know that to be able to access digital currencies we need to use internet. However, there are many countries including my country had slow internet connection.

Maybe all the transactions are made by means of some device and we no longer have cash, but it will be the money we use today, and maybe the cryptypes are added or are more common, but for that there are some 20 years.

Personally I say yes as our society becomes increasingly dependent upon technology, digital currency will become a more popular means of paying for different things and it is more effective and instant. I haven't used much physical money in the past 8 years and I rarely had any problems with that.

What do you guys think? Wink

In my opinion, eventhough digital currency is popular and is very convenient I don't think digital currency will ever replace paper money because of not all the people can adapt to technology easily. Also, they are not used to it and a lot of us still more comfortable in using paper money due to we lack knowledge in using cards and digital currency.

Probably, you live in a city where on every corner there are crypto-cash ATMs and outlets that directly accept bitcoin as a means of payment. Unfortunately, there are few such places on Earth yet and it is unlikely that a person's need will be limited only by these interests. There are many different situations in which a crypto currency will not be able to replace conventional money, or individual categories of citizens will not want or will not be able to use it. You can not all be equal only to your narrow interests. I believe that the crypto currency can only go along with ordinary paper money.

I think it is possible to replace it after many years. It is absolutely impossible in a short time. Many countries now prohibit bitcoin, and bitcoin is not known to many people.

Yes dude I have already experience at least the same things as you do, at least 14 years ago was the first time I am using virtual currency that we don't have to bring a cash/paper money. Then in this digital world, most of the bills and payment are done with digital system. But I have never using virtual currency until today, maybe near in the future I will try.

You have enjoyed the greatness of this bitcoin, and you have forgotten the real money, and I will reply with your forum title that this bitcoin will never replace the real money (paper money) because this banknote is the hallmark of each country. and that this bitcoin is a virtual or digital currency in the form of goods that are categorized as assets.

Currently as I know 85% of transactions in the world is done by cash, so if it happens - it is a long way to it...That is the reason we initiated Golden Currency project - cash money on blockchain, so that people could themself decide what to use...

I don't think bitcoin will replace paper money even in the near future. It may be some establishments accepts bitcoin but there are small entreprenuers that doesn't accept bitcoins. Just like small time business owners, they need cash instantly because they need the return of investment immediately to keep the business going.

It is possible that bitcoin could replace the money or the fiat we are using today. Soon people will adapt to the change regarding the future of money, it will be accepted to be universal soon.

It is possible in some more technologically advanced countries, this will soon be possible, however, in most countries, even in the distant future, the exchange of cash with crypto currency is not expected. In order for this to happen, it is necessary that everyone has a corresponding relatively expensive technical device, the necessary knowledge and practical skills in using the crypto currency, the necessary developed infrastructure for this and the desire of all citizens to use crypto currency as a means of payment. I think that there will always be people who do not want to use crypto currency.

For third world country, it takes a long time to replace the paper money to digital money but some people here are already lives using their debit card and credit card, the others are using both digital and paper money, and the most of the people are using the conventional which is the paper money especially to those who have no permanent job. Maybe someday we will do the same because of bitcoin were very often to introduce to everyone here.
