If a listing on a good exchange costs let's say 300.000 USD and that gives you a chance to increase your projects market cap by 50% ... then those 300.000 USD is nothing because you made millions because of that move. I'm not saying being listed on a good exchange will automatically increase you market value, but at least it gives you a chance to increase it. Spend money to make money. Simple. That's how business works and this is business. And besides they do have the money, they raised 28M in their ICO. I don't understand why it is so hard to list us on a decent exchange, this project, big as it is (big as it intends to be) really deserves a good exchange. Instead they are listing us on some noname exchanges - that's pointless, money thrown away. It's better to spend good money on a good exchange than little money here and there on those pointless exchanges.

I'm sure they are planing on listing Universa on good exchanges, but I'm not sure what they are waiting for. The listing fees will only get higher when the bull market will be in full swing.

I think that all this pump and dump games are not good for a real tech project. The project should become strong and it needs some time.  The price should be organic so you will be able to predict it. Crypto is going closer to the real economy. It is a matter of time.
