Uniqueness in sharing revenue between infrastructure members. There is no other product who can share revenue with owner and waiter. This where blockchain is advantage

Indeed automation on the tables is something that waiters don't want to see because they think there is no tips from there. We spoke with waiters and owners and find solution that satisfies both. Restaurant customers will pay lower tips while ordering about 5%-7% instead of 15%-20%  at least someone brought the dish and clean the table. So terminals is more helping solution nor abusing.
In chase of savings business owners load staff and loose in quality of service. Self service terminals will equalize this balance

Is there a chance that terminal will stop working? I mean connection problem or the device burns out.

Yes, waiter income is on $15 minimal wage law, government supports workers very well but not small business
Digital menu is the software connected to our servers. While connection is lost no transactions can be made. But we plan to implement buffering method which is widely used in regular POS systems. It stores all transaction data inside when connection is lost and process it when connection will be established again

In my country there are some cafes which accept bitcoin, but not in such a fancy way - just a POS. Sometimes transactions time is longer than paying with fiat/mc/vc. How are  you going to deal with this issue?

And another question - a rethorical one: if most visitors will pay with crypto, is there any way for restaurant to use this profit in crypto to pay taxes or order needful supplies? I think it can be worth if you think about it  and offer convenient ways of spending money in crypto to cover restaurants' needs. Maybe build any partner relations with related retailers offering them to install your terminal.  Just an idea.
