Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Hey everyone - let's start the year off on the right foot. We are fast approaching the public launch of the OPEN Platform ICO and I know you're all interested in receiving your bounty tokens. Just be careful to follow our guidelines, and PLEASE don't try and game the system. CHEATERS WILL NOT RECEIVE TOKENS. We are carefully observing how our bounty participants are working and are super excited about sharing the profits with those of you who are playing by the rules and doing such a great job!
I and the rest of the people supporting OpenMoney are all excited for the official opening of the #ICO soon. This has been one of the most intricate and thorough project that I supported and am personally proud to be supporting something that can mean a lot to cryptocurrency movement. **2018 is definitely going to be an exciting year for us, and we are ready to rock and roll!**
That said, I feel obligated to say that we need to make things clear for all the participants of our bounty contest. We have one of the biggest crowds ever seen in a bounty contest and we are completely aware of what this implies. **Having a big crowd behind us is an amazing thing**that we're incredibly proud of. However, there are a few negatives that go along with the huge audience that we've created...
We have noticed that there have been quite a few of you who have tried to cheat our system.
Some of you have submitted inadequate responses to our calls for content. Others simply haven't followed our terms and conditions hoping to earn a few extra stakes in our contest.
**This is not going to be allowed.** All accounts will be audited before we distribute tokens and any irregularities in your activity within our contest will be thoroughly revised. **Cheaters will be subject to penalties and disqualifications.** It's not worth trying to outsmart us. You will only lose time.
If you want to make things right, feel free to shoot us a message on telegram or slack. We have people willing to help you.
To the huge majority who are participating correctly, following our terms and conditions, thank you. It means a lot to us.

As far as I know, Open Money is a decentralized platform that allows applications and game developers to monetize their apps via the OPEN token. So I don't see any connection between Open Money and Visa. Someone should correct me If I'm wrong. |

So I don't see any connection between Open Money and Visa. Someone should correct me If I'm wrong. The OPEN ecosystem is primarily working for the cryptocurrency market but it does not mean that it will not also be building a bridge between cryptocurrency and the traditional method of payments we have around (am talking about Visa, Mastercard and even PayPal and the likes). We should be hoping that this can be taken up or if not directly then maybe OPEN can have a partnership with a good provided to deal with this side of the business. I am so sure that this can be part of their overall and long-term planning because the overarching goal of OpenMoney is mainstream adoption. |

Great article! As long as the proper checks and balances are implemented, the crypto industry in Belarus will boom. I think it's especially great that they are supporting ICOs, instead of hindering them. |

Hey everyone - one of the key ideas that OPEN has been talking about since the very beginning of our project is the upcoming mainstream adoption of cryptocurrencies.
