Hey everyone, one of the coolest features that the OPEN token brings to the table is the Developer Growth Pool. This is a continuously maintained pool of token used to incentivize the adoption and utilization of the OPEN platform. We take a tiny 3% gas fee on all crypto transactions processed through OPEN and use it to purchase OPEN on the market. These tokens are then utilized as incentives for developers and new users to get on board! Not only does it provide longterm stability for the project, but it makes the your tokens more valuable. Hey carrotbanhkook, great question! At the end of the bounty contest the tokens in the bounty contest pool will be divided up proportionally based on the number of entries you've earned. Therefore, the value of your entries in token can only be determined at the end of the contest. |

And we have been witnessing this weakness in Bitcoin and in Ethereum for the past many months. Though many might consider this kind of situation as a happy problem or just birth pain, this can actually make or break mainstream adoption for cryptocurrency. It is as if we are advertising for a product and when there would be deluge of orders the product can not be deliver due to lack of stock. In the end, many can be turned off which is what we should be avoiding. Hopefully, with OPEN this can be avoided. |
