And what about state laws?
Please be more specific. We have already said we will follow them. New Mexico state laws are awesome though ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) The property will act like a private residence (philosophically), so you will have more freedom than most places, but it's not murder and drug town.

I don't plan on moving to New Mexico. Any way I can help? (venture capital, etc.) If I can invest, will I be getting any returns?

Investors will be allowed to rent out or sell parts of their land, and you will get free housing built, even if you choose not to live in it. Unless you don't like our building designs.

I guess it's you, lol. What is the minimum investment, and what is the projected return? $10,000 will be the minimum (but groups can come together to make the $10,000) & whatever you can earn from renting the property, or renting out housing. This won't be like investing in a company, it will be like buying a property. We may offer investment opportunities later on. You could buy land, then sell smaller plots though and most likely make a good return. Especially if you wait until there has been some development and people are wanting to move there.

How do the wages, cost of materials and zoning permits get paid? The 10k is only for the land, remember?

Who exactly will be paying for the local and public services?
(Ex: Fire Deportment, Police Officers, Contractors, Grocery Stores, etc.)
Who will be paying for their equipment?
Who will be paying for the solar energy?
Who will be able to use it?
What about the towns income/profits?
What about the states laws?
What about the Government?
Who will be paying taxs, or will we be paying taxes?
How could people find work?
Is the towns only currency going to be BitCoin? (Please only answer this with a logical answer.)
What about jails?
What about prisons?
What about the Armed Forces? (I'm pretty sure every town in the United States needs a Armed Forces recruiting station.)
What about Veterans?
What about travel?
What about tourism?
Will there be other public services? (Like Zoos (Yes, I know about the Zoo License you was thinking about.), Aquariums.)
Any Pet Stores?
Why do you need ten thousand dollars? - Didn't you say you didn't want us to give us ten thousand dollars, but in both threads you talk about the ten thousand dollars?
If we don't give you ten thousand dollars how will you pay for land?

You'll have to wait for the videos, except that some of these things have already been addressed, so you can find some answers by watching the videos that are already there, or reading the thread ( ex: tourism, public services, how people find work, state law, town income and more can be found by watching videos and reading this thread) anything you can't find, will probably be in the videos. I am making more now since ya'll are freaking out. Just posted 1 another 1 about to be posted. Might make more tonight but there are over 150 left to make.

Just read this, and it hasn't been replied to yet, so I'll give you a reply. I don't want anyone to give $10,000 before we even know what plot of land we want. There is no reason to even think about money before that, except for to pick a budget. We will also probably write up contracts to protect your investment while it turns into land, to ensure you get it back if everything falls through somehow.
