Big question to dev team - why you a not set some specific prefix for btcz address? It's realy scrap when all clones of zcash have txxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx an Zxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  why not something like Btxxxxxxxxxxxxx BZxxxxxxxxxx?

Similar to our mother chain ZCL we are not going to change any address conventions & binaries names.
BitcoinZ core development strategy is simple - just get all latest zcash as they are stable. To minimize future merge risk there will be no changes in addressing & binaries.
All Zcash & ZCL soft is automatically compatible with BTCZ.

Master branch of BitcoinZ in github is already merged with latest zcash 1.0.13 few days ago.

BTW: Respect for BitcoinZ precursor ZCL & our young brother ZEN - these coins are fully supported by bitcoinz-pod team. We are not competitors.

I think bitcoin is on the wrong track. People nowaday treat it as an investment, not a convinient and low cost payment method as its creator proposed.Sooner or later, btc's major limits (small blocksize, long blocktime) will matter. There is an advantage of btcz i really like is transcation fee is dirt cheap no matter 1 btcz is $1 or $10(which equivalent to marketcap of $200B).

10 years from now when btcz is the hot sizzle and everyone is using, what happens to the transaction costs?  Will it go up too just like btc's, albeit at a slower rate because of the faster blocktime and larger blocksize?

As NiceHash is hacked now we noticed that suprnova is not big problem now. It has less that 51% hashrate which is very good.
Suprnova Pool Hash: 1,259.99 kSol/s
Net Hash: 2,818.07 kSol/s

Although we suggest to use other pools which have the same or even smaller fees.
Just remember that in the long term profitability should be the same in small & big pools.

You were referring to 'deletion' etc.  They are actively being developed and will have releases on the github I linked.

I don't know where you saw that but you are wrong because the block reward (coin base reward) is only sent when it obtains 100 confirmations and then you have shielded confirmations in the pool which are already at the minimum in my pool so it's impossible to go faster than this. Suprnova pool doesn't pay faster as mine.

I called the real reason why more than 50% of the miners choose suprnova - this is fast confirmation (20 instead 100 on others). And it was nice to deprive her of this advantage by making similar conditions on the other pools.

The coin will always follow PoW, it is exciting news for miners, lol.

We need to add: always ASIC resistant POW.
Newer POS and change in consensus.

In terms of any other Zcash forks we support only:
- ZCL - precursor of BTCZ
- ZEN - strong dash like coin
- KMD - great decentralized exchange concept - BarterDEX already listed BTCZ.
BTCZ is decentralized concept / freedom coin + no corpo here.
